Our stay at the Hotel Sacher Vienna coincided with a very special occasion: the celebration of our 34th wedding anniversary. We simply could not have chosen a more iconic place to mark such an important milestone. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional professionalism, combined with genuine warmth that made us feel truly valued as guests. The service throughout our stay was flawless—attentive, discreet, and always delivered with a smile. The hotel perfectly blends timeless Viennese elegance with every modern comfort. Our room was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and reflected the rich history and prestige of this remarkable hotel. The location is second to none. Being just a few steps from the Vienna State Opera and within walking distance of so many of the city's most famous landmarks made our visit even more enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an outstanding selection of high-quality products in a refined and elegant setting. These were unforgettable days that will forever be associated with one of the most meaningful moments of our lives. Hotel Sacher was much more than a place to stay—it became part of the memories we will cherish forever. Hotel Sacher Vienna is simply exceptional. Its location in the very heart of Vienna is unbeatable, with virtually every major tourist attraction just a short walk away. From the moment you arrive, you truly feel like a valued guest. The service is outstanding—professional, warm, attentive, and always ready to fulfill every request with genuine care. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is remarkable. We stayed in a Junior Suite and were especially impressed by how well the hotel caters to families with children. Everything had been thoughtfully prepared for our son, including a potty, bath toys, and many other child-friendly amenities. It made our stay incredibly comfortable and showed that no detail is overlooked. The breakfast deserves special recognition. The selection is outstanding, the quality of the food is exceptional, and the staff are happy to prepare almost anything you could wish for. It is one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. Honestly, it’s difficult to find a single thing to criticize. Hotel Sacher sets the standard for luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna and will definitely be back.

Stayed for three nights earlier this week, in celebration of a milestone wedding anniversary. The place is romantic and magnificent, and the staff did everything a guest could ever want, and a couple of things even better than we could have asked for. When booking, tell them it's your anniversary/honeymoon/birthday, and watch them go to work - you'll love it! We had a lovely room with a large balcony, constant expert service, and access to some great restaurants. We did not eat the the Grune or the Rote, but we did have drinks and food a couple of times in the Blaue, which were well made, tasty and substantial. We also enjoyed coffee and breakfast at the Cafe, which is a true memory maker. This hotel stands apart from the rest, in a beautiful city, and we hope to return before too long.

BEST hotel in Vienna. I would not even try to find another. You cannot ask for a better location, or more clean/elegant/comfortable room accommodations, or sweeter (chocolate/Sacher Torte!) amenities, or better personal service. The entire staff - from the valet/doorman to the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant and housekeeping ladies and gentlemen - they all had the perfect demeanor and stuck a refreshing, welcoming balance of personal attention to our needs while not being overly intrusive or invasive of our space. If possible, we would have extended our vacation just to continue enjoying everything that Hotel Sacher has to offer.
