Henriette Stadthotel

I stayed at the Henriette Hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a real disappointment for me. The rooms were quite outdated and the bathroom was very small. Considering the price, I expected much more. The beds were comfortable, and the location is convenient. The main sightseeing spots are around a 30-minute walk away, and the hotel is also close to a metro station. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including cheese, jam, eggs, pancakes, desserts, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. However, the selection simply did not suit our taste and expectations. I also found the options for vegan guests somewhat limited. One negative point is that there were no personal care amenities in the room at all, which I found disappointing for a hotel at this price level. The hotel does have a luggage room, which is a convenient feature. Finally, I would especially like to thank Carina for her friendly, kind, and welcoming attitude.

We stayed at this hotel during a very warm weekend, and luckily the room had air conditioning, which helped us sleep really well. The room was very clean and spacious. Our room was located near the main corridor entrance, but there was an additional door separating the bedroom and bathroom area, which helped reduce noise from the hallway. The decoration of both the room and the hotel was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The staff made us feel that they genuinely enjoyed working there, from reception and the bar team to the kitchen staff and housekeeping. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again when we return.

The level of kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism was beyond anything we expected. Whenever we needed assistance, recommendations, or had any request, the team handled everything with a warm smile and outstanding service. You can really feel how much they care about their guests and about creating a special experience. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with such a pleasant atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. Every detail felt thoughtful and well taken care of. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for making our time in Vienna so memorable. We would happily return again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and heartfelt service in Vienna!

Great location. U1 train stop is steps away from the hotel which made going to all the sites so easy and convenient. From check in to check out, the team working there has been so friendly and kind. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Love the eco-consciousness of the hotel as well as the organic, fair trade and delicious breakfast every morning! Great restaurants located around the hotel. Would definitely recommend to others as well as stay again myself!
