Decent place good locality. Near U1 line staff is friendly and rooms are clean and big. No daily cleaning though

Nice little hotel with nice staff. Very accommodating. I stayed in two rooms (ground floor garden suite and king studio) and neither disappointed. Good shower pressure, comfortable beds, quiet, big TVs... Zero complaints.

Mostly happy with the place especially the lady who helped us check in. She was the only one who helped us through our stay. Cleaning every 8th day veritably tranalates to no cleaning during the stay. Just as towels and trash are done everyday I think the toilet should also be included in it. 3T cleaning on a daily basis wud improve the experience immensely. We had a problem with the coffee pods as the pods we bought didn't fit in the coffee machine and hotel doesn't provide beyond the first day. We also had to ask for creamers as they were never replaced even though they were promised by the hotel. We would Mostly not meet the lady at the reception as we were sightseeing during the day and no one else was cooperative. The location is near the Penny store but unfortunately it was shut on two days and other days it closed before we reached back. Not exactly a location to get the real feel of vienna.

Ok, to begin being soap and shampoo as none is provided. Breakfast is not free like in the states. its 22 euros no matter what you eat. The bed was great, and the service was above bar.
