Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere

Great experience. I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency in Vienna. Spacious rooms, a solid gym and spa. Very nice interior design, good parks for a walk nearby and easily accessible by the central station. There is a free shoe cleaning service. Downstairs in the lobby, there is space to work, a bar and a connected cafe to have a snack and great coffee. Upstairs, there is a rooftop bar. However, I was not impressed with the breakfast to be honest and the check-in process could have been faster. For the price range, great value for money and overall a 4.5 star rating with minor flaws. To be recommended

Overall, I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Vienna and would happily stay here again. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and the staff I interacted with were always friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite parts was the excellent views overlooking the train station, which added a unique touch to the stay. There are a few areas where the experience could be improved. The Regency Club system wasn't very clear, and better communication about access and benefits would be helpful. It would also be nice if staff wore name tags, as it would make interactions feel more personal and make it easier to recognize employees who provided excellent service. Additionally, there were times when only one person was working at the front desk, which led to longer waits during busy periods. Despite these minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay. The modern facilities, great views, and genuinely kind staff made for a very positive experience, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Vienna. Note: Something I found more hilarious than bad were that there are still some thing that has Andaz branding on it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt in Vienna. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and ideally located for exploring the city, just a 10 minute walk from the Belvedere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The breakfast was exceptional, I would go back just for the breakfast alone. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. I’ve stayed here more than five times already, and it’s always my go-to choice whenever I’m in Vienna. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, making every stay feel effortless and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. One of the biggest advantages is the location, being so close to the central station makes getting around incredibly convenient. Whether for business or leisure, it’s perfectly situated. Honestly, I can’t think of any negative aspects of this hotel. Every visit has been a great experience, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!
