Pick-up was right on time, and our driver’s driving skills were excellent. Overall, it was an excellent experience! The guide spoke multiple languages and gave great, engaging storytelling throughout the tour.

A great way to experience and see some of the biggest tourist attractions in Melbourne. Our driver was a man called Augustin, he was extremely knowledgeable about the points within the tour and his general knowledge with additional facts was also on point. I was very disappointed with this tour. Agustín, the guide, made us feel pressured to give a 5-star review in exchange for a small fridge magnet. Moreover, he spent almost 30 minutes checking everyone's phones, even though we still had two hours left to get to Melbourne. This was a complete waste of time and a lack of respect for the passengers' time. Here's a polishe We had an amazing journey from Melbourne CBD to the Great Ocean Road. The trip was smooth, safe, and comfortable, thanks to the clean and spacious bus. Tony was an exceptional guide and driver—friendly, professional, and always ensuring our safety. We stopped at all the attractions listed in the itinerary and had ample time to appreciate each location. The breathtaking sunset at London Bridge and Razorback was the highlight of the trip. A fantastic experience from start to finish! Highly recommended.

29 seater bus was very uncomfortable for a 13 hour trip. The stops were not long enough. Less stops with longer at the scenic areas would have been better. 1 hour for lunch also not long enough. The guide didn’t give much information and what was said was very difficult to hear. The suspension on the bus was non existent and I would say the last 3 rows of seats had an extremely uncomfortable and at times painful trip home especially from the last stop to the M1. I now have severe lower back pain and seeking advice as to what recourse if any I can get. Unfortunately I have to say that I would not recommend this great ocean road trip with your company. Very disappointed.

A very long day so it's a bit uncomfortable sitting for several hours on the coach, but well worth the trip. Spectacular scenery, and always enough time to walk to lookouts, take photos and get back to the coach on time. Vance the driver/guide was knowledgeable and friendly. A bonus was London Bridge which many tours don't go to, and another was seeing koalas in the wild. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous scenery everywhere but time allotted at stops was way too short. I’m a really fast walker and i didnt make it to quite a few points. Seeing wild koala mama with her joey was the highlight.

Very amazing experience in a beautiful area of Victoria. The program was absolutely perfect with the most iconic spot of the great ocean road. The guide/driver was kind, friendly and always available to answer questions.

Our driver cum guide Vance provides useful information along the way and ensures the group meets the various timelines. He also volunteered to take photos for the group and crack jokes to make the journey lively.

The views during the tour were amazing and worth the time. But...the "bus" was very uncomfortable and during such a long trip it makes a difference. The driver barely spoke English and was a bit passive-aggresive towards some passengers.

We joined a Great Ocean Road day trip from Melbourne with Bus and Coach Charter, and while there were a few positives, the overall experience wasn’t great. Positives: Our guide, Vance, did his best to share meaningful information throughout the drive, and the selection of stops and viewpoints was well planned. The tour price was also quite affordable. Negatives: The coach was completely full, and since we were picked up last, we had to squeeze into the very back row. Unless you have a window seat on the left side, you won’t see much of the scenery, which defeated a lot of the purpose of the trip. Getting on and off the bus from the last row took around three minutes each time, cutting into the already short stops. The tour commentary was bilingual (English and Chinese). Normally that wouldn’t be a problem, but several passengers kept chatting loudly during the explanations, making it difficult to understand the guide. The biggest issue happened on the return to Melbourne. The bus started slowing down for no clear reason, and after a break at a gas station it broke down completely. After several attempts, the driver managed to get it running again, but we arrived back in Melbourne with a significant delay. Summary: Although there were some good aspects, we’d recommend choosing a different company. With so many Great Ocean Road tours available, it’s worth selecting one with a more reliable bus and a better chance of enjoying the scenery.

It was a great experience. Our captain Tony was informative and helpful. He took us all the places and even changed the trip itinerary as per adverse weather to cover all spots and avoided rains.

Vance is a lovely guide. He ensured a safe and pleasant trip for everyone. He also spotted a Koala for us! Highly recommend this tour!

Vance is very nice and considerate. He is knowledgeable of his craft. It was a long tour because of the distance but it is worth it.

The rock formations are beautiful. The trip is verrrry long. The mic on our coach had a lot of static, making it hard to understand our guide at times.

No guide, driver doing both jobs. Couldn't hear driver, microphone wasn't working properly, massive reverb. Stops were too short for important landmarks and didn't allow for seeing properly. All round poor experience.

Long but beautiful day. Lots of stops at very scenic locations.. Beautiful beaches and ocean views. Apostles were stunning.

Good bus tour, with lots of interesting stops and a great driver and guide. Didn’t think we’d be able to see so much in just a day.

It is difficult not to love the Great Ocean Road, even in cold drizzly weather it is spectacular. The only problems we had were with the defective sound system on the bus, and the uncomfortable seats. The sound issue was significant, and made it impossible to hear the guide, who seemed to know his stuff, and tried with all his skills to offer a superior excursion. But the noise of the bus, especially the blowing of the climate system, coupled with the competition from noisy chatter in a multitude of languages made comprehension impossible - and it was information I would have loved to have heard. The climate issues on the bus also meant that the windows were steamed for much of the ride, so seeing the scenery outside was not always possible. Still, it is a trip that is totally worth taking, and the price was excellent for the value received.

Had a wonderful trip with great spots on the majestic Great Oceans Road. Vance, our guide was too good, kind and he spotted Koalas for us on the route. The tour history Vance provided was refreshing and his experience clearly shows that he loves doing this and has been for over 20 years. Yang our driver was really skillful and we would highly recommend them and go on for our next trip with them

Tony provided an excellent day around the Great Ocean Rd. We had just enough time to view all the books and crannies. We appreciated seeing the koala in the wild!

We had a wonderful day tour of the Great Ocean Road with Vance. He shared about the history of Melbourne and also each of the sightseeing spots where he stopped for us. He patiently guided on where to go and tried to accommodate our needs wherever possible. Would recommend this tour to everyone!

This was an interesting little excursion. The guide taught us about fruit flies. We also learnt that Australia has too many wild animals, so sometimes they get ran over by the busses. We heard that there are giant grass cakes in the paddocks for the Melbourne cup horses to eat (the Melbourne cup is where people can dress up like old fashioned people from the 60’s) and that in summer the farmers shave off the sheep’s fur so they can keep cool. Super informative…

The tour was amazing. I went with my old parents and my young children. Vance, our tour guide, was very experienced and knowledgeable. We were so lucky, it was raining when we came to 12 apostles but the rain stopped by the time Vance got out from the bus 😁 thank you Vance. Very recommended day tour.

Our guide and driver, Augustine, provides interesting commentary about Australia and the attractions, offers motion sickness medicine, arranges short breaks every two hours for restroom use, and is multilingual, making him very professional. Grateful for the good weather, which gave us a wonderful experience and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery. If you visit the Great Ocean Road, I highly recommend this tour. It includes most of the sights, is great value for money, and the transportation arrangements are more comfortable than driving yourself.
