Fantastic sightseeing cruise out to the Cape from San Remo. Boat was comfortable and safe, crew were friendly and professional. Good commentary about what we were seeing (local knowledge) Easy to find the boarding point and the boarding process was simple and quick. Overall, recommend this cruise to get another viewpoint of Phillip Island.

Itinerary
Board at San Remo jetty, a picturesque fishing harbor at the base of Phillip Island bridge. On board the vessel there is indoor and outdoor seating, providing comfort while maximising your experience. While you cruise along Phillip Island, be on the lookout for marine wildlife with regular sightings of Australian fur seals and various seabirds like sea eagles, gannets and even albatross. You may even be lucky enough to spot dolphins! The cruise highlight is the spectacular cliff formations of Cape Woolamai, and enjoy in-depth commentary from the captain as you witness the stunning scenery. As you cruise back to San Remo, enjoy complimentary tea and coffee, along with cake and biscuits for the whole family. There is plenty to entertain the kids, with toy boxes and activity sheets available. Upon arrival back at San Remo, watch the famous pelican feeding on the beach, a daily event hosted by the local fisherman's co-op, where the resident pelicans and stingrays enjoy some lunch.

Very bad customer service! We were stuck in traffic due to bridge closures and trying to call customer support to let them know we’re 7-8 minutes running late As my sister came from Canada it was a terrible experience for her
Lovely picturesque cruise round Phillip Island. Knowledgeable crew and informative commentary. Would recommend.
The first time I ever went on this cruise was before I had children and definitely enjoyed it then and the sites! This time we went we took all 3 of our children and we loved it! We seen seals and dolphins swimming and the sights are absolutely beautiful! They have complimentary cake and coffee/tea on board.
Absolutely fantastic, the landscape is so beautiful, the crew on board were utterly lovely and some of the best cake I’ve had in a while.
Great little cruise around with my son beautiful weather and nice atmosphere the staff were very accommodating and friendly will come back again and do this boat trip again
Nice short tour along the coast, quite enjoyable. Gives you a different perspective of the area. Was a smooth ride. Didn't see any marine life
Was such fun. You have the option to be upstairs or downstairs and out on the deck or below warm. They serve coffee and delicious cake. Wear warm clothing in colder months as it is quite cold on the water. I would do this again
This was a nice trip from San Remo. 1 hour. Viewing Cape Woolami and the cave in particular was very cool.
Excellent experience. Great views, punctual and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Must do activity.
Fabulous. We just wanted a short trip and it was perfect.
my only point is that the commentary could have been more in depth as we were only given information about the quarry, seals and birds. Nothing about the bridge - year built, span distance, the bridge it replaced and where it was, tides, the island itself, there was time for this on the way to the cape and on the return trip. Maybe it could put on a recording, to save repetition for the captain. everything else very good. Regards John
We had a great time on the cruise! The views were absolutely stunning and the experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. The crew was friendly and made the trip even better. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Phillip Island!
Beautiful ferry ride to see the sights of Cape Woolamai. Pefectly age appropriate for my 7 and 4 year olds who loved it. Scenery is beautiful - a good excuse for taking a boat ride. 1 hour length is perfect for the kids. Lucky enough to have seen some seals as well! Staff and crew all really professional and knowledgeable.
It was refreshing, not too long, and not too crowded, good commentary too and exceptional navigation/driving skills
Everything ran smoothly from arrival to departure. The crew were friendly, obliging and gave a commentary through the trip, ensuring we knew everything about the surroundings along with its history. The scenery was stunning. The boat was clean and provided refreshments and a lovely piece of home baked cake 😋. Thank you for a lovely trip.
An awesome cruise! Staff are friendly and helpful. Weather was just perfect. Saw juvenile humpback whale and dolphins everywhere, captain was great and really made the effort and took the time to ensure we were able to see such a great sight. Thank you 😊
We booked to take friends on this short boat cruise. We arrived and got the the boat at San Remo wharf. The staff at the boat itself that controlled the gangway told us we couldn't board as had arrived too late but truth was we were at the gangway and boat hadnt left. In front of us they pulled the ropes and left without us after we arrived and could have boarded. They then said no refund would eb given but eventually gave us 25% refund to hold in credit for another day. Dont waste your time at this cruise and dont risk your money
It was amazing. The boar left on time, the crews were attentive. It was also clean. I liked the cake they served midway.
The Views were spectacular. Was a perfect sunny day to go out to see the changing colours of the ocean near Cape Woolamai. Thankyou to the captain and the crew on board !
We found it an enjoyable experience and interesting seeing the rock formations along the way. Couldn't make out the commentary but enjoyed the water trip anyway.
It was so worth it! Loved the rock formations! Stood out back and held on when the boat turned around and the crew gal was right! It was like the boat was surfing! The naration of what we were seeing was very interesting. All the crew we met were top notch . Thank you for a great experience🙂
The cruise was very instructive and the views were amazing. The staff were very attentive and helpful and made the cruise a very pleasant experience.
The trip is definitely worth the money- we didnt get to see any wildlife on the day, but getting up close to the cliffs, and learning the history of the area from the tour guide definitely made up for it. Very beautiful scenery and a nice little trip up and down the coast
Sunny day, small group. Lovely short cruise seeing the Island from a different view point. Would highly recommend
Extremely friendly customer services. The boat is specious and clean. My family had so much fun while on the boat. The cave red cliff was amazing view.
A wonderful cruise for all ages, would recommend! We had a perfect day which definitely added to the experience. The crew were fantastic and the bonus tea cake at the end was lovely!
It was raining which cannot be controlled by the staff. We still enjoyed the cruise and commentary. The staff were very friendly and dealt well with other customers who did not want to listen to the staff members safety advise.
Brilliant tour. Outstanding value and very informative. An absolute "must do" despite the sunburn I was stupid enough to attain!
well it was such a great cruise just love it.. hoping to go again 1hr is not enough. well it will be more fun if we will go in summer
Had a great time. Went on the 1 hour cruise with a group and found it really relaxing and enjoyable. Really great value for money and wonderful views. Highly recommend
My boyfriend and I went on the Cape Woolamai cruise yesterday morning and it was Fantastic! Absolutely beautiful sights to see and for the price of our tickets, we didn't really know what to expect... but we would do it again tomorrow! The staff were so lovely and professional, great value for money. I could not recommend Wildlife cruises more highly. Thank you all for the amazing experience and excellent customer service!
A relaxing leisurely cruise for a Sunday morning. Beautiful granite cliffs, but sadly no seals or dolphins.
The staff were really friendly and the boat was comfortable. There was enough seating inside in case of bad weather. My preschooler enjoyed it and whilst I kept her very close by, I felt it was alright navigating around the boat with her. I felt the pricing was low and I would have been happy to buy a bit more on board, such as a coffee, but they had free coffee instead. Great value, good fun.
Fantastic trip, friendly staff and a perfect little trip when you are taking kids. Even got to see a seal!
Terrible cruise with the boat travelling too fast on the water and my daughter being terrified on the course. Definitely not worth going on the cruise with kids under 10.
Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this 1hr tour. Staff were very friendly and in for a chat to share their knowledge of the area. We didn’t see any dolphins but did see a seal. The scenery was beautiful.
Crew were welcoming and knowledgeable on local sights and scenery. Perfect amount of time for a boat tour with kids. Sunny days - beautiful vista, really couldn’t have asked for more.
Nice location, close to major tourist attractions in the island. freindly atmosphere. Spacious area to accomodate campers even in busy weekends.
Great 1 hour cruise with friendly staff ,free tea and coffee cake.Views were great with commentary funny and insightful history.money worth spend on this cruise. All the best for 2020 guys and many thanks for a great cruise.
Beautiful view of cape woolamai , excellent overview of area and history , very professional /warm/ hospitable staff. We were running late , but staff were excellent ,patient. Very accomodation got our young kids. Will definitely recommend.
We have enjoyed a variety of cruises with this company and never been disappointed. This is a shorter cruise from Sam Remo around Cape Woolamai. The scenery was amazing with great views of the Woolamai cliffs and headlands. Interesting commentary and conversation with the friendly and knowledgeable crew, plus drinks and morning tea included make it a memorable experience.
We chose the one hour cruise with Wild Life Coast Cruise’s, to Cape Woolamai. $30 per adult. Discounts for concession children . This cruise departs from San Remo in Victoria, which is just at the base of the bridge before Phillip Island. Approx 2 hrs from Melbourne CBD. A lovely morning cruise, comfortable boat with seating outside and in. Good informative commentary. The jagged escarpment along the coastline was stunning. Got to see a seal up close which the kids loved! You get a piece of cake, which the crew brings round, good if your up on top deck, and tea coffee which you can make yourself. A really lovely relaxing morning. Plenty of parking in SAN Remo and its not far to walk if you have mobility issues. Good website, booked online easy. Back in time to watch the pelicans get their lunch from the fisherman’s co op. Definitely recommend. Friendly crew. A must if holidaying in or near Phillip Island , or a great day trip.
We loved it. The staff on board were great n that is huge!!! The actual cruise n commentary was just perfect. I highly recommend it.
I have been on this cruise both with work clients and with my own children for their school holiday Pirate cruise. The staff are always super friendly, boarding times are quick, booking is super easy. The local knowledge that the staff have and share is interesting. Coffee and cake is always delicious. The scenery is absolutely stunning and there is always a friendly seal ready to say hello on the trip.
A one hour cruise about the coast of Phillip Island. Gorgeous sunshine and beautiful scenery. Saw a sleeping seal and bird life. The crew were great and treated us to a very enjoyable visit. Very impressed.
It was lovely and our very first experience of the cruise. The caption and crews was very friendly. Showed us stuff explained things had a chance to the seal lovely caves. Worth the buy. Most of all you need to see it to feel it. Happy holidays
The Whale and Dolphin Cruise was fantastic Our Captain John was very knowledgeable and made us all feel like he was really wanting to please us with sightings of whales. All the other staff could not have been anymore pleasant or helpful. Unfortunately no dolphins that day. We got to see a few whales which was exciting for all of us. Also a bonus seeing the caves and rock formation up close at. Cape Woolamai . Afternoon tea was good and nice that it was served. The only suggestion I could make and maybe it is not feasible, but it would be nice to have an Urn upstairs with tea and Coffee. Once you are upstairs you really don’t want to go down in case you miss a sighting and also it is a juggle coming back upstairs with a coffee. As I said it would be nice to have the facility upstairs but maybe there is a reason there isn’t. Everyone in our group thought it was great.
Easy online booking, great price for groups, very friendly staff, unfortunately we didn't see any whales this time, but we still had a wonderful time.
Hi guys, Fantastic outing , nice peacefull cruise around cape woolamai . cake and coffee supplied very friendly staff would reccommend to anybody looking for an adventure onto the water Thanks Andrew and Loiuse
