The Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort

We stayed there for 4 days with 4 chalets. Service was very poor we requested for make our room many times but they didn’t clean our rooms for our whole stay no clean towels provided they didn’t even changed our bins. Reception advised us that they don’t clean rooms during stay even if you book for a week there won’t be any cleaning. So stay away from this worst service. We had breakfast included so ordered breakfast but waited more than 40 minutes order was butter toast and hash browns she served butter toast but hash browns never turned out. When i asked that where is my hash browns she replied with cheeky smile that she forgot. Her reply does that really matter if hash browns doesn’t turn up? She warned us for next day that chef coming tomorrow is worst forget about your Breakfast better you grab from somewhere else. Overall worst experience we had here with service ,reception and food. it’s beautiful property with nice surroundings and wild life.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sebel. It had everything we needed for our family holiday and was the perfect place to come back to after a big day at the snow. The facilities were fantastic, especially the pool, spa, sauna and games room, which the kids loved! Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and we even managed to get all our washing and drying done before heading home thanks to the free laundry room — such a bonus after a family snow trip! We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it for families visiting the area. We would happily stay again! 🥰

We stayed at The Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The room, the service, and the overall experience were all excellent, and we would definitely come back again. The only small feedback I have is that dental kits aren’t available on site, which felt a little unusual, and the nearest place to buy one is about a 7-minute drive away. Nini, the other restaurant staff, and the front desk person were all absolutely delightful and made our stay even better.

We stayed at the chalet for two days and it was a fantastic experience. The accommodation was very clean with fresh bedding, towels, and everything else seemed brand new. The fireplace provided a cozy warmth making our time there very enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delightful cheese platter, cakes, and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely surprise. We had the sauna, and jacuzzi all to ourselves, when we visited the spa place. The breakfast spot boasted stunning views and the service was exceptional. I absolutely recommend this place for a nice relaxing time.
