Quest Portland

The Quest is my home away from home whenever I’m working in Portland! I travel to Portland regularly for work and have stayed at several hotels and motels around town over the years. After discovering Quest Portland, I can confidently say I’ve found my favourite place to stay. It’s now my go-to accommodation whenever I’m in town, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve had the opportunity to stay in the studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and every room type has impressed me. The accommodation is always clean, spacious, comfortable and well presented. Each option has its own advantages, and all have ticked the boxes for what I look for in quality accommodation. The one and two-bedroom apartments are particularly impressive and genuinely feel like a home away from home. Having separate bedrooms and living areas makes such a difference, especially when staying for several nights. The kitchens are spacious and well equipped, with cooking facilities and a large fridge, making it easy to prepare your own meals rather than having to eat out every day. The convenience of having laundry facilities within the apartments is another fantastic feature. These apartments would also be ideal for families wanting a comfortable getaway, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy their stay. The studio apartments are naturally smaller but still offer everything you need for a comfortable stay, particularly for solo travellers or shorter visits. They are well laid out, practical and comfortable. The bar fridge is perfectly adequate for keeping drinks and a few essentials cold. Across all the room types I’ve stayed in, the beds have been comfortable, the rooms have been well maintained, and the overall standard of cleanliness has been excellent. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who do a fantastic job servicing the rooms and keeping everything looking fresh and presentable. I’ve never had any complaints about the cleanliness or presentation. The large outdoor swimming pool, located within the courtyard has a peaceful setting where you can enjoy a swim or simply relax and unwind. The courtyard has a calm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to escape the day’s activities and enjoy some downtime. For electric vehicle owners, Quest Portland also has Tesla EV chargers available on-site, which are complimentary to use. Simply advise reception that you’ll be using the charging facilities. It’s a fantastic convenience and another thoughtful addition to the property. What really makes Quest Portland stand out, is the people behind it. The hotel staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional, and the new owners, Jigar & Priti, have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. They are genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they are always happy to assist with any requests or accommodation needs. Their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service really shine through. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere where you feel valued as a returning guest rather than just another booking. Having stayed at numerous accommodation properties over the years, I can certainly appreciate the difference that great management and genuine hospitality make. Quest Portland delivers both, along with comfortable, well-maintained accommodation and excellent facilities. I’m extremely happy to have found my new home away from home while working in Portland, and I look forward to many more stays in the future. We had a fantastic stay at Quest Portland. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Everything was well set up, and the toiletries were excellent — a really nice touch that added to the overall experience. The location is also spot on, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything Portland has to offer. We did have some very noisy neighbours during our stay, but that’s certainly no fault of the property. Overall, a great place to stay — we’d happily return!
