My client stays with Quest most events she attends. They can be hit and miss. The rooms were neat and tidy, smelt and looked clean. We had three rooms to meet our booking needs, each were at the same standard. Our booking was incorrectly placed at Quest. Our disability client was on a different level to the two staff. Totally not workable. Solutions were found in time. Staff were accommodating, helpful under the circumstances. We stayed 4 nights. Needed to ask for clean linens especially in the accessibility room, as we needed daily towels for the clients needs. Cleaning staff were kind and friendly. Super helpful. Holding door, lifts for my clients benefit. We may have appeared to complain 🤔 to much. But we will advocate for our client to make her life as easy as possible.

The initial communication prior check in was a nice touch in enquiring on our approximate time arrival. In this note the employee was able to confirm to make check in one hour earlier. On arrival the employee was warm, helpful and explained everything necessary. The rooms were clean and spacious for our 2 bedroom apartment. Plenty of anmeties in the bathrooms and great value of price. The location had close eateries near by and walking distance for iga. Ample on-site parking as well.
Staying in a one bedroom apartment. Spacious, nice and clean and good layout. Great location just off the main street, however the parking is a bit tight. If there is no space left in the gated carpark behind the hotel, you will need to park off the laneway at the rear.
The hotel itself was quite new, spacious, and generally clean. The location was also very convenient and fairly quiet, which made the stay comfortable overall. However, there were several disappointing issues during our stay. On Sundays, there is apparently no room service and towels are not replaced, but this was never mentioned by reception during check-in. We only discovered a small note about this later that evening in the hotel information booklet, which stated that guests need to request towels in advance on Sundays and public holidays. By the time we realised this, it was already around 8:45 pm. Unfortunately, the room phone was not connected, so we couldn’t call reception. Although the elevator stated reception hours were from 9 am to 9 pm, the front desk was already closed when we went downstairs, meaning we had no way to get clean towels that night. In addition, the shower water pressure was extremely low, and the water flow was surprisingly weak, which made showering quite uncomfortable. The bathroom also didn’t seem to have proper ventilation. Overall, while the hotel has good potential due to its new facilities and location, the lack of communication and basic service issues made the experience rather disappointing.
Had a really pleasant stay here. The apartments are modern, spacious, and very well maintained, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The rooms had plenty of natural light and were equipped with everything needed for both short and longer stays. The location is a big plus — it’s close to shops, restaurants, and other local attractions, which makes getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Facilities like secure parking, pool, and kitchen amenities added to the experience. The only minor downside was that parking and space can feel a bit tight during busy periods. Overall, a great place to stay in Mildura with excellent comfort and convenience. Would definitely recommend 👍
