Quality Parklake

Yesterday, we arrived at the hotel ready to check in and had the absolute pleasure of meeting the wonderful Florence, who welcomed us with such warmth and kindness from the moment we walked through the door. To our surprise and delight, Florence let us know that she had arranged a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful king-sized room  such an unexpected and incredibly thoughtful gesture that made the start of our stay feel extra special! But what truly stood out wasn't just the upgrade  it was Florence herself. From the moment we started chatting, we immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. The conversation was so natural and genuine that it honestly felt like catching up with an old friend we hadn't seen in years. Florence, your ability to connect so genuinely with the people who walk through the door is such a rare and wonderful quality. Not everyone has the ability to make someone feel so welcome, valued and at ease within just a few minutes, and you absolutely deserve to be recognised and commended for it. Thank you for making the beginning of our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and next time, we'll be ready with even more photos of our big cat to share when we catch up again! This is a good quality hotel, as the name suggests. The rooms are modern and clean, serviced daily. Restaurant and bar onsite. Well located. BUT! You cannot watch free-to-air TV. We stayed when the FIFA World Cup and Wimbledon were on. Couldn't watch. No AFL, NRL. No local news, no Home And Away, no Farmer Wants a Wife, no Four Corners. They do not have a FTA antenna! Their television comes via Foxtel so you can watch all those crap channels. Even the most run down crappy country motel has FTA television. This was a major disappointment for us.

Loved this place!! Stayed here for a recent work trip for 2 days and everyone person I interacted with there was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms very spacious and clean. Great amenities and the hotel restaurant was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Just a great hotel. From the moment i walked in i was greeted with a smile, nothing was too hard. Great room , comfy bed, I had the best nights sleep. Went for a walk around the lake which is right across the road. Decided to eat in and I’m glad I did. Service is first class, my waitress was polite, engaging and attentive. I had the chicken and bacon gnocchi, OMG was soooo good. Breakfast was not priced over the top like most hotels. $25 for scrambled eggs and a coffee. Highly recommend this place. I’ll be back for sure.
