Quality Inn Heritage On Lydiard

Niel was amazing and went over and above to make me feel welcome. Great old style hospitality. I arrived to a warm room with heating on and dim lamps. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean room with old style charm. I'll definitely recommend.

What an amazing hotel right in the heart of Ballarat! I stayed just recently and found it one of the better experiences I've had. Despite the location near several bars and pubs, it was dead quiet once you went through to the rooms. The make-up removal face washer was a brilliant addition (I'd come from a conference) and my car was behind a security gate. Breakfast was had at The Lane cafe just next door and a short walk (and a safe one) to the pictures the Saturday evening. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for the ballarat marathon, on arrival everything was perfect! The room looks so much nicer in person, the photos don’t do a justice. The manager was even nice enough to give us a late checkout free of charge despite having a same day booking for the room. Glenn was so nice and helpful from start to beginning

Quality. Very nice furniture in the rooms. Grand old building obviously renovated and restored in sections over time. I think our host's name was Herbert, and he was a polite, softly spoken gentleman. I enjoyed my stay.
