Good on check in. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Unfortunately, when I opened my room, it smelled damp and musty. Combined with the mouldy grout in the shower, it's obvious that there is an issue with dampness. Room not soundproof so all the noise from the restaurant underneath was super loud. The bathroom window didn't close and had no screen, so my bathroom became home to about 10 crickets, which I found later at night when they started chirping. Opened the closet in the room to find the iron, and it was full of deflating black and gold balloons which had obviously been stuffed in there by previous guests and not removed. Not a great room but I guess the bed was comfortable at least and it's handy to town/amenities.

We are absolotely priviledged experience an outstanding services, congenial atmosphere and wonderful staff. Particularly Ari, hotel service manager, he is an asset to the hotel and any hospitality industry. He is so caring, always ready to assist and available 24/7. He has enormous qualities. I wish him all the best for his future
From our very first phone enquiry to check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel valued from the start. The location, directly across the road from the beautiful Murray River, was perfect for a relaxing couples' getaway. With plenty of cafés, restaurants, and local attractions nearby, there was always something to enjoy while still being able to unwind. The Pool Suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and well stocked, and having easy access to the pool and gym made our stay feel even more special. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway.
Poor quality all round. Zero assistance with bags. Heavy Indian accents made it impossible to understand the staff. Long smelly corridors to the room. Mouldy bathroom. Horrendous room lighting. Hard lumpy bed. Pillows like bags of cement. I will never return. Whoever awarded this place as a 4star hotel should be sacked. I’ve stayed in cheaper rooms with better facilities. Needs a lot of money spent on renovations and staff training. 👎👎👎👎
We recently hosted our Ladies Food & Wine Dinner at the Mildura Grand Hotel and it was exceptional. Chef Jay curated a stunning six-course menu and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Rhandi and the team coordinated the wine pairings seamlessly with our local winemakers, creating a beautifully executed evening. The attention to detail, flexibility, and quality of the venue and furnishings were outstanding. Highly recommend for your next function or special event.
