Location is great. Customer service is awesome. No security cameras at car park. Beds are comfortable even though rooms are little small for 2 x double beds. Temperature of the heated outdoor pool is too cold for a swim from Autumn to Spring. Sauna takes at least 20 mins to heat up. Gym is way too small. Buffet breakfast is average. Restaurant attached to the resort doesn’t open for dinner on Sunday.
June 2025, we had a great couple of nights at this property. It's on the main street and is very well kept. We got upgraded and got breakfast included as part of Platinum membership. We had an issue with smells in the room and staff changed our room straight away. Would happily stay here again.
Great warm and accomodating staff especially the older ones, shows they have heaps of experience. Just a minor suggestion Younger staff/reception need to be proactively helpful, restaurant close? Give suggestions and not just say that it is close. Guest asking for info? Younger reception Staff can say "ill try to find out" not just "i dont have that info here" otherwise older staff doing a great job Comfy clean rooms, great location. Really cozy vibes.
We had a great stay here. The place is clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is just what you need before heading off into the mountains. The location is ideal. Right in the centre of the villiage. Highly reccomend the drive through the pass absolutely beautiful. Would stay here again no issue.
We had a fantastic family stay at Peppers Marysville! We booked the Suite with connecting rooms, which was perfect for our family, offering plenty of space and convenience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Lucie, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and made check-in a breeze. A special thank you to Karen and Spencer for organising the thoughtful in-room amenities they were a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection each morning. There was a minor hiccup with the egg service and the coffee machine, but it was a small issue and certainly didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent experience. We also loved the hotel’s location. The local grocer is just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need, and the outdoor fire pit was a wonderful place to relax with the family on a cold Marysville evening. Overall, the hospitality from the entire team was exceptional, and they made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We highly recommend Peppers Marysville to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back!
