Lancemore Milawa

We had the most wonderful wedding weekend at Lancemore Milawa. Everything came together beautifully, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or experience for such a special occasion. A huge part of this was Olivia, our wedding coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly organised, responsive and proactive throughout the entire planning process, always happy to help, even with late-night messages and all the little details that inevitably come with planning a wedding. When a few of our vendors cancelled, Olivia went above and beyond to help us find replacements and make sure everything stayed on track. She also communicated seamlessly with our photographer, content creator and other suppliers, which made the entire process so much easier and gave us real peace of mind heading into the weekend. The venue itself looked stunning on the day, with the grounds beautifully manicured and everything feeling well cared for. Our guests had a wonderful stay, the breakfast was excellent, and the food and variety of drinks were great. The little touches throughout the outdoor dining spaces made everything feel thoughtful and special, and the event hire and stationery suppliers Olivia recommended were also fantastic. What stood out most was how much care and attention went into making the whole weekend feel seamless. Weddings involve so many moving parts, and having a venue and coordinator you can trust makes an enormous difference. Olivia genuinely helped bring our vision to life, and we are so grateful for the time, effort and care she put into making our wedding weekend everything we hoped it would be. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lancemore Milawa to anyone considering it for their wedding. It was the perfect setting for our celebration, and we’ll always look back on our weekend there with wonderful memories.

I would like to compliment the service we received at Lancemore on weekend of October 3 & 4 Weekend. Rooms and surrounds were excellent. Receptionist Rosalinda was courteous, helpful and greeted us with a big smile.. Craig was outstanding at our lounge and dinner functions. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable re wines and skilful in when to engage and retreat. We will certainly recommend Lancemore to others for functions and accommodation.

We arrived on Friday and from the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. We were welcomed so warmly, settled in beautifully, and that evening enjoyed an absolutely gorgeous dinner in the restaurant. The food, accommodation and atmosphere were all wonderful — but then on Saturday we met Roz, and our stay went from simply excellent to genuinely unforgettable. Roz is one of those very rare people who seems to have hospitality in her soul. She is warm, intuitive, funny, caring and incredibly good at what she does. Knowing that I am currently battling cancer, Roz looked after my husband and me with a level of kindness, sensitivity and genuine care that went so far beyond anything we could ever have expected. She never made a fuss or made me feel like I was being treated differently — she simply seemed to know exactly what would make us comfortable and cared for. It is difficult to put into words how much that meant to us. Roz somehow made a beautiful hotel feel like home, while still making us feel completely spoiled. She is an extraordinary ambassador for the hotel and quite honestly the sort of person you remember long after a holiday is over. By Sunday, I realised I was the most relaxed I have felt in years. I genuinely didn't want to leave. The gorgeous accommodation, beautiful surroundings and exceptional food would be more than enough reason to return, but Roz will be the biggest reason we come back — and we absolutely will, very soon. We can't wait to walk through those doors again, say hello to Roz, settle in, eat far too much of the wonderful food and enjoy that feeling of being completely looked after. Thank you to the entire team for a truly special weekend, and especially to Roz. People like her are incredibly rare, and this hotel is very lucky to have her. ❤️

We had the most beautiful alfresco Tuscany-inspired wedding at Lancemore Milawa, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience. A massive shoutout to Olivia Cooney, who is hands-down the best wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for! Olivia made our day absolutely perfect—her styling and attention to detail matched our energy completely, and she was just so wonderful to work with from start to finish. The venue itself is amazing and truly has everything you need all in one place. To top it all off, we had the absolute best recovery day by the pool the next day, which was so much fun for everyone. If you’re looking for a flawless wedding experience, we cannot recommend Lancemore and Olivia enough!
