Room and amenities were clean and comfortable. Top floor unit needed to carry luggage up steep set of stairs but view of garden and fountain was pleasant. Would definitely recommend for short stay.

An excellent place to stay. Host extremely helpful. Spacious room that was very clean and tidy. Quiet to stay at and the bed was comfortable. A great asset having the hotel with good meals so close by.

Our stay at Lake Inn Ballarat was another great experience. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They guided us on nearby grocery stores and restaurants, and also explained how to walk to the lake, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day out. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the lake. We especially liked the coffee machine in the room — a nice touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. We also made use of the laundry facilities, which was another great plus for us. There was a minor issue during our stay regarding the payment, where an incorrect amount was initially charged to my card. The staff were quick to assist and processed the correction promptly, and they were apologetic about the situation. The refund is still being processed on the bank’s side, which may take some time, but this did not affect our overall experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The good part the room is lovely. The bad parts parking is if you get one great if not to bad. The worst part our room even though it was lovely and clean and big. The pillows are not good at all and our room was right on the road right next to a pub. It was so loud. Real shame. A king bed would be a better fit. And new pillows. I am sure if you are away from the road and the pub, would be much better. People walking past your bedroom window is not ideal. Price was okay but pricey but we did stay valentines day. Had to get someone over rh fix the tv. And he was chewing something very loudly. Was very gross.
