Thank you to the entire team at Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. The reception staff have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a lovely fresh smell throughout. Everything has been perfect so far. A special thank you for the lovely birthday gift — it was such a thoughtful surprise and really made my stay even more special. 🎁❤️ Thank you again for making my stay so enjoyable. I truly appreciate everything and I’m very happy to be staying here!

Stayed here last night. Perfect spot for the gig down at Church!/Geelong Arts Centre. It was clean and spacious, with a lovely view. The lighting in the room leaves a lot to be desired as it’s mostly one switch for the entire room, which isn’t great. Also found the bed very disappointing. It’s 2 singles put together. You can feel the gap. They don’t use a fitted sheet, so everything moves, and the “doona cover” is actually 2 separate sheets, and again, it all moves. The shower was very spacious, however there’s 0 ventilation. No fan in bathroom, no windows. The aircon/heating wouldn’t go below 18°C without a password, so after a shower the entire room is very warm, and this was extremely unpleasant. Overall, I’d probably stay here again, but not for more than 1 night.

From the moment we arrived, our stay was fantastic. The room was spotless, beautifully designed with a modern touch, and the view from room 1001 was absolutely stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every interaction, from reception to housekeeping, felt genuine and welcoming. A special mention to Kartick, Shaym, Tina, Jana, Shivani, Mediie, Catherine, and Airleen for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and perfectly warm, making it a joy to use at any time. The gym was well equipped and enjoyable to use. In-room dining offered a great selection of dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. Our kids had an amazing time as well, especially with the activities around the hotel. The sky wheel and toy train were definite highlights and added an extra layer of fun to our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and family-friendly amenities.

Recently stayed here on a two-night work trip. Was pleasantly surprised, especially given it’s a Holiday Inn. Rooms and the entire hotel feel quite modern and upscale, breakfast was pretty reasonable for the price and size of hotel. Only instant coffee in the room, but beyond that, I could have been in a more premium brand of hotel. Pool was great also. Definitely a good value hotel in the Geelong CBD.
