Room was very clean, however this complex requires work. Road noise and train noise levels - depends on where you're situated. The complex doesn't have good outside appeal. Is handy for the hospital. Have stayed 2 x'mes, but won't be back
This is a good place to stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. Plenty of parking. The only issue I had was the Wifi strength was too low in the room and wouldn't connect.
Un-aired room stank. Toilet malfunctioned 3x. Bistro menu in room - but no food service available. But bed was comfy and linen fresh anyway
Unfortunately my room was very unclean; there was hair in the bathtub, multiple holes in the wall, many spiders and dust. There was even bugs in the bed. I had to check out several days early as the room was in such poor condition. I hope the staff can improve for future guests because, unfortunately, I won’t be coming back again.
My reservation was canceled without any notification. As a result, I drove three hours to the property only to be informed upon arrival that no room was available or ready. During this period, there was no staff available to assist me. When a room was eventually provided, it was in an unacceptably dirty condition, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned. Attached are photographs of the room documenting its condition. These issues fall well below the standard of service and cleanliness expected of a hotel and caused significant inconvenience.
