Nice and warm and well fitted out for skiing holidays. Includes outdoor ski storage, drying room for ski boots, inside the apartments, lots of hooks to hang clothing to dry.
Accomodation was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out were easy, with quick communications with the host.
We visited mid September and the village roads were clear, so we could drive to the accommodation, to drop off and pick up the luggage. It was a few minutes walk downhill to the Eagle Express lift or a quick shuttle bus ride down to Hayley’s Comet lift. It felt longer at the end of the day’s skiing.
We would stay again
We had a fantastic stay at Cedarwood! The accommodation was very well equipped and in a great location — it was super easy to ski out straight to the Halley's Comet lift. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We even called them late at night asking for an extra duvet, and they delivered it to us very promptly. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay at Falls Creek!

Amazing apartments! So spacious, very modern facilities, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and then some. Very warm apartment and plenty of hotwater.👌 Great location, only a couple minutes walk from Eagle chairlift. Added bonus is that one of the cupboards in the apartment has a dehumidifier so you can dry your thermals or socks. You won't have to trudge to the drying room downstairs to get them, come back up to get changed and trudge back down. Genius! I now expect it in all accommodations. I will only stay at Cedarwood when I'm at Falls if I can help it! Such a great and cosy spot! 100% can recommend!
The rules of not bringing your own appliances and making sure no extra people sneak in to stay is understandable given electrical and fire safety.
Our family of 4 had a 5 night stay in apartment 12 at Cedarwood.
The apartment itself was clean, cozy, warm and comfortable with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The building was quiet and peaceful, perfect for us as a family with young kids who didn't want to be stuck anywhere with a lot of late night noise. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, including plenty of hooks and hangers for hanging any wet clothes to dry out over night which was very handy. The kitchen had everything we needed to easily cook for ourselves during our stay which was great.
Location was good, only a short walk from the nearest shuttle stop, an easy walk to the village bowl, potential to ski almost all the way home for those that can manage an easy blue run, an easy walk to several nice restaurants, and the ski hire place right downstairs made ski hire and return as easy as it could possibly get!
Service was great, Narelle was wonderful. Welcoming and happy to share her extensive knowledge, give tips and advice, or just have a chat while making you a delicious coffee at the in-house coffee shop (another bonus!)
