Best Western Plus Ballarat Suites

Needed to stay with these Guys a week or two whilst going through some business/property matters. They were very lovely to me, the cleaning staff were very helpful and respectful. Room was great and location was second to none with convenience service centre right next Door. Very lovely place to stay!! And a huge thank you to all the staff and owner(s). Travis

Second time staying here whilst travelling for business solo and I can’t fault it. Clean rooms, good heating, comfortable beds with fresh linen and a quiet location. I felt safe as a solo guest and really appreciated the kindness of Kate at reception who let me check in an hour early so I could get prepared for a meeting. Very reasonably priced and will be my accommodation of choice for future Ballarat stays.

As a woman who was travelling alone, I was made to feel very safe by the staff and the doors that self lock behind you. The room was lovely and clean, the bath was ridiculously deep, and they had those biscuits I like, so extra points for that. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a lovely warm welcoming stay my wife and I had staying here! The bed, spa, cleanliness and everything else was about making our stay wonderful! Thanks also especially to Kate at reception for the friendly service.
