Madlala happened to be a driver booked for us and after our first meeting we asked for him to be our driver for the entire trip! What a gentleman! He is intelligent, interesting and super responsible, he taught us so much about the way of life in Zim, the history and the present. We were a group of 5 so had to get a van. We paid $50USD total for the transfer each way to and from the airport. We paid $15USD for the return transfer to the Falls. We were dropped off at the entrance and picked up at the Lookout Cafe. All transfers went very smoothly. Our driver was Madlala and he was very friendly. Taf who was the main contact at N1 Hotel was great to deal with as well.

Would recommend this transfer service as the staff were very prompt and got us all to the airport and back on time. The journeys there and back were pleasant and the staff members knew lots about Zimbabwe which made the introduction to the country very exciting and enjoyable. Taf and Mandlala did both of our transfers. The vehicle used was also very comfortable, would recommend.
