Victoria Falls Airport To Town Transfer Zimbabwe

We had booked 4 transfers with African Fairytale and all went like clockwork. The communication prior to each trip from Tatenda in the office was professional, timely and accurate. Both in terms or pick up times and extra info like requirements for crossing the border to Botswana. The guys Jonathan and Mathew who did the pick ups/ driving were timely and professional. But, at the same time very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this company and indeed I took contact details to share with friends who are interested in visiting. Everything was clockwork, we arrived at the airport and Jonathan was there waiting for us as promised in the arrivals lounge. We were then transferred to the Hotel, with good explanations along the journey. Delivered in a friendly, professional and fun manner. Good communication with Tatenda in the lead up. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience with Jonathan during our time in Victoria Falls. He assisted us with several transfers throughout our trip, taking us to and from our tours as well as to dinner on our final evening. All the employees were friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. The pickups were always on time/already there when we showed up. In our 3 day stay we visited Vic Falls with a guide, flew on the helicopter and took a wonderful lunch cruise. All the activities were booked and organized by the African Fairytale team. Overall a recommendstion for tourists who are looking for a well organized tour operator.

The transfer went very smoothly. The driver was waiting with a sign with our name and quickly took us to our hotel. He was very friendly and told us a lot of info about the area.

Jonathan was an excellent host, very punctual, professional and informative. He also facilitated our accomodation, Boma Dinner, boat cruise dinner, tour of the falls and zip line activities. All we had to do was show up.

Jonathan is professional, polite and friendly. I counted with his help from the airport to the city and the way back as well some days after. Highly recommended!

Booked an airport to Victoria Falls transfer in advance with these guys, Jonathan was waiting with our name plaque and very efficiently transferred us to the hotel. He was very friendly and talked about the local area as we drove along. We were suitably impressed to book him for the return journey too, he turned up early and spirited as back to the airport with similar efficiency and charm. Highly recommended.

Never book with it, totally unreliable, do not trust this service, worst service, we wait at airport and driver says I am in city and cannot come

Jonathan collected us from the airport and dropped us at our hotel; he was ready and waiting for us as we landed. Along the way he filled us in on some of Zimbabwe’s history and showed us the layout of the town. He was punctual, courteous, and super friendly. On our way home Prince collected us from the hotel; he was exactly on time and got us to the airport safely. We absolutely recommend African Fairytale Tours.

Jonathon and Mthabisi were amazing! I was travelling alone and felt so safe with them. They were always there with a warm and welcoming smile, waiting for me at the decided spot a few mins earlier even to make sure I never had to wait alone. They shared stories of their culture, people and gave me amazing recommendations too. I had to cut my trip short unexpectedly but they always went above and beyond to make sure they worked with my schedule. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

The driver that collected us from the airport was very friendly. Over and above the fact that he collected us on time, he even shared some other activities that we could do. On the way to the lodge he even showed us some areas along the way. I also recommend Him for his honesty and integrity when we forgot our folder with some documents he brought them back to our lodge.

I have booked two way transfer between Victoria Falls airport and Victoria Falls city with African Fairytale Tours & Safaris company. I have initially hesitated because this was my first time with this company so not sure about the quality. And now after using their service I totally satisfied with the service provided by this company and hope I can use their business again in the future. It is highly recommended to others.

Our driver Prince was on time, helpful and friendly. The three of us were the only passengers in a minivan for 6 which was clean and comfortable. Out of the airport in 10 minutes, couldn’t have been faster or more convenient

The pick up service was not at the airport entrance, however our flight had come in early. We called them and they said they were on their way. Were at the sirpwiyj 5 minutes. Very professional and polite and helpful with info about Victoria Falls! Good trip, Van was good and clwan

Am a seasoned traveller & visited Zimbabwe in April 2025. My entire trip from Airport pick- up & drop and visiting Victoria Falls from both Zimbabwe and Zambian side was organized by them. Mr Jonathan, my guide is extremely good, very cheerful and friendly. He took grear care & helped taking many pictures.. Mr Prince was great too. The border crossing was such a breeze because of the two of them. Big big thanks to both.
