Having traveled to over 30 countries and taken countless guided tours, I can confidently say that Mr. B ranks as the absolute best tour guide I have ever had. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and considerate. He started by setting clear expectations for the day so we always knew what to expect. When it came to sharing the rich history and facts about the Falls, he delivered everything in bite-sized pieces that kept us completely engaged and interested the entire time, rather than overwhelming us with information. I'm very fortunate to have chosen Mr.B to view/experience the rainforest and Mosi-oa-Tunya (Victoria Falls) from both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides. He is a kind and well spoken family man, a local with a vast knowledge but does not overload you with information until your head spins, which I felt was very refreshing and I could stay at vantage points/photo ops for as long or as short a time as I chose - there was no rushing. Via WhatsApp it was seamless from my initial contact with Mr.B to the end of the tour and the Zimbabwe/Zambia "check point Charlies" were quick and smooth (I did have a dual Zimbabwe visa) and any query I had prior to tour were answered almost immediately. I had an amazing experience touring vic falls with Mr. B. He is extremely knowledgeable about the falls and shared so much interesting history and information throughout the tour. He was patient, kind, and made the experience enjoyable from beginning to end. Mr. B is also a GREAT photographer! He helped capture some amazing photos and memories. We had a wonderful tour with Mr. B! Our original start time was 8:00 a.m., but we moved it earlier to accommodate another guest—and it worked out perfectly. We were able to experience the sunrise at Victoria Falls without the usual crowds, making the visit feel especially memorable. Mr. B should name himself Mr. Wonderful, the guided tour was very enjoyable. The pick up at the hotel was right on time and chat during the tour priceless. Let's mention that Mr. B is very patient to take pictures and he is actually good at it, with nice proposals of poses to do. Next time I come I will surely book all the activities with Mr. B. Mr. B was very helpful. He replied to our booking quickly and explained what kind of visa one needs to get in order to visit Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana smoothly. The trip to Victoria Falls on the Zimbabwe side was very interesting and after that Mr. B passed us to his colleague on the Zambian side. Finally, Mr. B drove us back to our hotel in Victoria Falls.
