I did the 3pm tour with Trevor and spent 3 hours experiencing Victoria Falls at its best. Trevor was friendly, engaging and informative during the 4km journey taking in the many views of all the falls and rainbows, and even met a few of the local wildlife residents, too!

It was fun, no rush and very insightful. Our guide had lots of experience. Well spoken English. Took pics for us. And gave us great advice. Also kept us safe because it was very slippery. Highly recommend We stopped at all view points and the big tree. It was great!
Trevor our guide was amazing. He was very knowledgable about the area. Warned us of high risk wet areas and also had a joke with us. Most importantly he never rushed us around, we did the tour at a great liesurely pace. Intondolo was also a pleasure to deal with.

It was a great experience we had to see nice views of Vic falls, tour guide was more helpful we got to experience the rainforest
We met our local guide who was extremely informative about the history of the falls and had an excellent knowledge of the local birds and wildlife. We were the only couple on the tour and our guide "Peela" was keen to find out what we wanted from the experience. We had beautiful, full views of the falls from all vantage points, it was an incredible visit to Victoria falls. One tip, would be to book at cooler times of the day.
Wonderful views of the falls from the rainforest walkway. Offers excellent photo opportunities from each of the numbered views points.
Roland was our tour guide and he did an amazing job! He was very informative and allowed us plenty of time to stop for photos and just admire the beautiful falls. We didn’t have a rental car so they made it easy for us to get to the falls as they provided transportation as part of our booking fee. Roland was amazing and the company was very professional.
Wow .. what a brilliant tour !!! Our guide was Trevor .. a lovely lovely man !! He picked us up on time at 10am and drove us to the falls (explaining the local architecture of the town on route and the $50 entrance fee to the national park) .. nothing to do with the tour itself (ie. Even visitors on foot pay a fee varying on whether they are local or international). Trevor was extremely knowledgeable, giving us great advice (particularly when it came to ponchos .. an absolute ‘must’ this time of year !!). He explained the history of the Falls, the route we were going to take and gave us superb advice on the best photo opportunities. The scenery was breathtaking. By the end we were absolutely drenched by the spray/rains from the Falls (yes even with ponchos on !) .. and so were all the other visitors we passed along the way .. but everyone was smiling ! At the end of the walk (approx. 4km round trip), Trevor was extremely patient as ‘the boss’ took herself off to the souvenir shops and spent an age (and Trevor’s tip !) on gifts for the grandchildren. He then took us back to our accommodation where we quickly ran in to get a tip for him. A great tour .. and make sure you ask for Trevor !!
The experience of the falls was amazing, this review is about the tour itself. The tour and the description of the experience were not the same none of the aspects that we thought would be told were shared with us. Our guide did not have a great understanding of the facts / features of the falls and only told us what information was available on information signs. Furthermore the guide was so softly spoken we couldn’t hear her when she did speak. We didn’t stop at the trees either.
While you don't necessarily need a guided tour for the Falls, it is always interesting to hear the history of the area from the guides. Wayne was great during the walk informing us along the way of local history, the rainforest and the falls. You will get soaked - rent a raincoat for $3.
We were picked up at our hotel right on time by Trevor, the Ranger. Then driven to the starting point of the lookouts track at Vic Falls. Trevor has such wonderful knowledge of the area and was charming company. I would highly recommend him as a guide.
Well done, very knowledgeable guide, who volunteered to carry our heavy backup (phew!), smooth pickup from our hotel and return to it. We were thoroughly impressed with the operation and the falls were amazing!
It was a huge mistake to book a stay for 2 days only. Very intensive and productive days thanks to Nkue and Trevor, but nonetheless, too short... We had a dinner Cruise, visit falls from both sides, helicopter ride... It just could not be better! This way I’d like to thank Nkue for his organizational skills and his help from the first contact. Our special thanks go to Trevor, a very special person, who added value to our trip. His love for the wildlife, understanding of global problems and his honest and sincere approach existed in every word he said. Exceptional!
The water flow was low but still experienced the spray and the view. Was fantastic to see how deep the gorge was and how far the water drops. Such a wonderful experience and a great guide who was very knowledgeable and patient.
The Tour Guidw was amazing, very knowledge, a kind and patient guy. I could feel like I have known him a long time ago. The walks a bit of a stretch but my team and I did not feel the distance. Trevor the Tour guide does his job with a full heart. I recommend this touring company to anyone. We did take pictures of the falls and also met baboons and also took pictures.
Falls are literally awesome. Guide was nice, but you don't need a guide. All the info you need is on the boards, and the walk is very well signposted.
Finance the guide explained a lot of things during the tour. He did good pictures for me. Recomended!
I wanted to visit Victoria Falls since I was a kid and finally my dream came true! Glad that I joined the private guided tour and the guide Wayne was fantastic! He gave me a lot information about the Victoria Falls in depth.
Wayne was an excellent and very knowledgeable guide! We had a wonderful tour of the falls. They had raincoats available for rent which was very useful
What a stressful and terrible experience. We scheduled a tour with this company and on our tour date the tour guide requested a change of the date of our tour we agreed. The tour operator also indicated that they would pick us up on the new date at 7 am and that we would receive a confirmation of the new time via email and trip advisor. We never received one. So on the new date our family was waiting at 7 am. By 7:40 no tour had come to pick us up. I reached out to the tour company on two different numbers. Called each number with no answer, messaged both numbers and through trip advisor with no response. After failing to hear back I requested a refund through Trip Advisor, and booked a similar tour with another company. When the tour operator got the refund request he sent over a company guide to our hotel and the tried to DEMAND $80 per person more money and claimed we requested an upgraded tour and tried to force us to go with them. After explaining that they were late and we had already booked a new tour, the owner promised a refund and sent the guide away. However, the tour guide then began to harass both me and my accommodations via WhatsApp, and now has refused to refund the money paid as a term of conditions when it was him who didn’t adhere to them. Both he and the guide Bryn made my family feel incredibly unsafe and we are happy that we were able to figure out a dangerous situation prior to departing. Very concerning when traveling with a family to be met with these circumstances. Hopefully, the business owner will do the right thing and refund us as we did not go on the tour. However, safety is our priority and we hope to share our experience with others to avoid any company who operates in such a dangerous and unpredictable manner.
Brian/Bryan, the tour guide, was very accommodating. He never wants us to rush to enjoy the beauty of Victoria Falls, take photos, and simply gaze at its wonder. He was so patient not only with our group, but also with the other tourists who took so much time and space trying to take a shot of the Falls. He was a perfect guide.
This tour was the best priced tour of the falls. Met all our expectations and the guide was patient given the pace of my 4 year old daughter. No complaints.
Trevor our Guide was friendly and knowledgeable and willing to adapt to whatever was happening around us. We would do it all over again with him. He reflected and shared his personal experiences from guiding that helped us get an overall picture of the falls in different seasons. Even he seemed to be overwhelmed by the majesty of the falls.
Bonani was a fabulous guide - lovely to chat to. We debated having a guide - but do not regret the tidbits of info and a glimpse into local life as told by Bonani.
There was a misunderstanding with the hotel pickup location, the driver was more than 1 hour late. The owner and the driver apologized for the mistake and we were upgraded into a private guided tour. The driver/ tour guide went above and beyond after the walking tour of the falls that took us to the rainforest to view the Cataracts, Livingstone’s statue, we saw variety of birds, baboons and plants; we were driven to the restaurant for lunch, to the town center for shopping and to the church for the Good Friday mass before dropping us back to our hotel. Guided Tour of Victoria Falls , one of the "Seven Natural Wonders of the World", is highly recommended.
The different views of the fall, very interesting indeed … nature at its best. It is really one of the worlds wonder's…
Great excursion. Trever, our driver and tour guide, was great. At the end of the Victoria Falls beautifully planned part, he arranged our lunch in the Lookout restaurant, and Zip line jump for our kids. Perfect day all around!
I booked through Indontolo Safaris & Tours based on the reviews from TripAdvisor. From Airport Transfers to Guide Tour of Vic Falls everything was well planned & punctual. Thank you Nkue, Mickey & Bonani for an amazing experience & unforgettable experience. This is your one stop shop to explore VicFalls.
We were taken around Victoria Falls by a very informative guide .He was also aware of our safety as some of the paths were slippery. He sheltered us from the spray of water with an umbrella.
Well informed guide. Was brilliant. The morning tour 08h00 best time and cooler. Also less visitors.
Excellent guide and incredible views. An unforgettable experience. You will never be disappointed. The Rainforest was a beautiful walk.
Great experience. Our guide was Trevor. He was right on time for pick up, gave us a lot of information as we drove to Victoria Falls, and was absolutely amazing when we walked the Falls. We highly recommend Trevor!
As October is low water level in the Zambezi we selected visiting the Zimbabwe side only. It was spectacular. We were picked up in Livingstone on time, taken to the Zimbabwe Border. We had Kaza visas. The driver handled the border checks and a new driver took us the 500m to the park entrance. We paid the 50$/pers fee and then, accompanied by a competent guide we visited the series of viewpoints looking at the huge falls. A 2h tour that was truly outstanding. Easy walking. Highly recommended.
The falls were absolutely spectacular but our guide , although very sweet had absolutely no knowledge to impart about anything of any interest about the falls. You don’t need a guide unless it’s someone who actually knows something about the place !!
This tour was well worth it. The guide was friendly and very accommodating. We were picked up at the hotel and brought back safely. We also had lunch at the falls.
We contacted Intondolo tours via WhatsApp and got a very quick response within minutes (even though it was late hours for them). I specified what our needs were, which is group of 4 located in Zambia side needing guided tour of Victoria Falls Zimbabwe side with transportation to Gorge Swing and a lunch spot. It was also included to take us to Elephant's walk, but we did some shopping by the Falls and decided to pass. Communication with them was clear and easy via WhatsApp. Payment was easy via online. The cost of the tour included transportation from our hotel and back, assistance across the border, guided tour of the Falls, and a stop to a massive baobab tree. It did not include entrance fee into the Falls or the visa fee to get into Zimbabwe (for US Citizen). However, keep in mind that this was clearly outlined. Most tours do not include these fees. I would recommend asking clearly before settling on a price. Though it is possible to hire transport to the bridge, get the visa, go through immigration office, walk across the bridge, and then hire transport to your other destinations, I would say hiring Intondolo tours was worth the price and peace of mind to have someone help you through the process. I also did not see cabs for hire by the border when we crossed, so I am not sure how easy it is to get a cab once across. We had always planned to go into Zimbabwe from Zambia, and our research had suggested you could buy a KAZA Univisa at the airport, but that is not the case. You should have US Dollars to purchase the visa at the border even if you don't hire a guide. All in all, the day was wonderful, and our minds were at ease to enjoy the Falls.
Our guide was excellent. We hit all the highlights in a relatively short amount of time…exactly what we wanted
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Walked us to all of he points and took pictures of us. I would suggest renting Sandals or crocs if you don’t have the proper foot gear ($3 is cheap). But we were guided out of the park after our tour and wished we would have had more time to spend inside. Keep in mind the fee you pay to get into the park does not allow reentry.
The guide was very informative about the falls and the best place to take a picture. I had a great experience as the guide showed me the falls
In time service Friendly help Waiting for customers Driving carefully Pick up & drop off Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx
The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, the driver that picked us up Yandie was very friendly and accommodating, would happily drive with him again.
Although you could do this walking tour without a guide, we found that Trevor‘s knowledge of the history of the falls, and the various places where you can view them to be particularly interesting. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants a bit more than just a self guided experience.
I’m so glad I went with a guided tour of the falls, especially once I met my guide, Locks. She was brilliant, energetic, and all round awesome! She knew all the spots to take good photos and made sure I knew all about the history of the falls. It was well worth having a guide!
Trevor did a fantastic job…he was very courteous, knowledgeable and profession…he shared his valuable expertise with us on everything…
Intondolo tours and safaris were on time with the pick up and our guide, Trevor, was so knowledgeable and insightful, definitely happy my wife and I decided to book through Tripadvisor
Our guide, Locks, was first rate. The Falls are incredible. A great experience. Zimbabwe is a beautiful country, with beautiful people.
2 hour tour of the falls and interesting to get some of the history and local knowledge of the area. > This was a private tour (not clear at point of booking). > You get DRENCHED. Invest in a raincoat or bring a spare pair of clothes with you. > Path around falls is very clear so easy to navigate yourself
We were picked up by Intondolo Safaris right on time for our walking tour of Victoria Falls. Our guide, Locks, did a wonderful job leading and talking us through each viewing station. When she learned we wanted to view our hotel (Victoria Falls Hotel) from the ZimZam bridge, she told us about the free "bridge pass" that allowed us to walk into Zambia and back -- giving us even more views of the falls, rainbows, bungee jumpers as well as our hotel. She went above and beyond, walking over 6 miles with us on that morning, and making sure we got to see what we wanted.
we went to both sides of the falls in zimbabwe and zambia - we had a good guide for both sides - they were well informed and courteous , helpful and smiling - this was a very exiciting visit and the highlight of our tour - even though we had raincoats on we were drenched from the spray at the falls - i never would have expected such strong showers - we got wet - then dry and wet again on the zambesi side - a memory for life
