Great location! Extremely close to Victoria Falls and the town. Great amenities and beautiful decor. Also loved watching the elephants grazing and seeing warthog walking around on the property.
VERY friendly staff.
Only issues:
Service at restaurant was very slow, in particular at breakfast when there weren't a lot of people
Also, came at odd times to clean room and do turndown service-while we were still in the room. They seemed to hang around wanting to clean (a little pushy feeling). We could have been insistent that they come back when we weren't in the room, but we just let them do there thing.
Wonderful location with an easy 10-minute walk to the Falls. The staff - front desk, servers, and housekeeping - were all incredibly kind and accommodating. We'd stay here again should our travels bring us to this part of the world.

What a wonderful hotel! The rooms are beautiful, the food is lovely, and the location is perfect so close to Victoria Falls. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome and well looked after. It was truly a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend staying here.
We arrived as part of a tour group. The lodge is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony to see animals. The lunch service was excellent and the food very good. There is a lot of security around and feel very safe. There are banks very close and a vendor market right behind the lodge. The location has a nice charm and is very close to Victoria Falls.
We spent two nights at the Lodge. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had some issues with our transportation but they made sure we got to all our scheduled activities. Grounds were beautiful. We saw elephants and warthogs just feet away. Spa was very nice. I received the best mani and pedi! The entire resort was beautiful. Meals were great.
