Very relaxed and informative wine tasting experience. Valentina was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all the questions we had. Wine and food were amazing!

It was lovely and factually private experience. Emmanuel made a great effort and gave useful advice for the our next stop in Venice.
This is an absolute must! Roberto was our guide-excellent explanation of history and wine making! Very informative! Answered every question ! Added addition stories and input to our tour! Beautiful display in the winery to explain production!
A very entertaining guide, excellent English, charming and informative. An enjoyable experience. Able to accommodate dietary requirements.
It was fun and educational! We learned about and drank tasty wines and yummy foods! Our leader was wonderful!
The wine was good and the host was very knowledgeable. The bites were very limited and not a lot of group engagement.
Great experience. Emmanuel was terrific. Very informative. Good wines. We’ve done wine experiences in many regions in our world travels. This was one of the best. We ended up staying at the restaurant afterwards for dinner. Great meal. Fully enjoyed everything about this experience.
The experience was pleasant and the host knowledgeable. We were asked if we could go earlier, which we managed. The venue wasn’t expecting us but accommodate us quickly. The venue wasn’t as described and not in a wine cellar. If we would have known it was in the back of a noisy restaurant we wouldn’t have booked as my partner is hard of hearing and the background noise was loud at times. As was the restaurants music.
We had a wonderful time with Giovanni learning about 4 locally produced wines! He was very knowledgeable and he shared a lot of information about the wines/ region/ production. Giovanni was so fun to converse with; he had the perfect personality for this experience! 🍷
It was a beautiful day to have a wine tasting! My host was very knowledgeable about the wine he was serving me. I was also given a variety of bread, cheese, olives and tomatoes to pair my wine with. I had a great time and the wine was excellent. I highly recommend this tour!
Wonderful experience! Definitely worth the time, had so much fun talking wine and history! Taught me several fun things and even let me see the ruins in the store cellar!
Excellent wine tasting today, highly recommended.
Extremely knowledgeable wine experts. Very informative evening and good fun too! Beautiful wine and delicious food! An amazing experience!
My daughter and I had the most fabulous experience. Our host was exceptional in his knowledge and thoroughly enjoyed his company as he explained the 4 wines we were tasting and how different foods complimented each drink. I can thoroughly recommend this experience. One bit of advice though, line your stomach with food beforehand!
Great fun. Very knowledgeable about the wines. Wines offered were delicious and it was fun finding out about their origin and Italian wines in general.
Leonardo was very friendly and knowledgeable about many types of wine. He was happy to share his experiences and we learned much from him. Definitely recommend.
The wine tasting is great, but is worth it to contact the restaurant directly. We had an issue with our booking via TripAdvisor and if it wasn't for the proactive waitress who called the agency to confirm our names, they wouldn't know about our booking. Also, because of that we could see that the price, if you pay directly trough the restaurant, is less then half! But anyway, the wines and the guide was very interesting and the food that comes with it as well.
Absolutely wonderful experience. The wine and food was delicious and Leo was so knowledgeable and personable. We all had such a wonderful time, can't recommend enough!
Really enjoyed the hour with Leo who was friendly and knowledgeable. Wines were all good and pleasant nibbles to accompany them.
This was a great introduction to Verona’s history and its history with wine. Diana was an excellent host, telling us about the wines and giving details on how they are made and what makes them unique to Verona. She also delved into the history of Verona.
Guide was extremely knowledgeable about wine from the area and gave us some really good insights into how the wine is produced, food provided was nice, perhaps could be clearer which food item was meant to compliment which wine. Including a tour of the wine cellar the experience only lasted around 45 minutes.
Great experience with good pairings and lots of local wine info from Giovanni. It was nice and close to my hotel so no driving required.
The venue was easy to find and Giovanni was waiting for us. We were lucky as we were the only clients so we had a personal Tasting. Giovanni was excellent. He was very knowledgable and passionate about the wines snd food and we had a great time. We ended up chatting like friends.
Great times had here in Pisa Italy, as a solo traveller I always feel safe and secure in this area. The wine tasting experiences have been above par and the foods they pair the wines with are marvellous ♥️♥️♥️
Great wine and food tasting, the wine was delicious and our guide was very knowledgable. This was a small group tour which ended up with just the two of us as there were not other bookings but it was fabulous. We learned so much!
This was a very personalized activity and a highlight of our trip. Great wine choices and lovely conversation. Very welcoming and insightful.
Had a great hour with expert Leo who shared his knowledge of this region’s wines. Loved our glimpse at the cellar, the lovely restaurant and the nibbles. The four wines were great too! Our 7yo and 9yo watched on and were equally interested! A great experience.
Thoroughly recommend this experience, lovely venue, great wines and food The speaker was extremely knowledgeable and very informal which is what we like Five stars all round
Great host and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend! Plus the wine was amazing!
"Pleasant wine tasting of local wines. Friendly and knowledgeable sommelier. We learned a lot about the wines and the surrounding area. Highly recommended."
It was a cute and also very useful experience. Our guide was an absolute best, explained everything so nicely and answered our questions.
As a couple in our mid 70s, my husband and I had been traveling in Tuscany for two weeks before arriving in Verona, and were looking forward to getting to know the city. We booked this tasting as an introduction to the wines of the region. We were not disappointed! As it happened, the other couple arrived late, allowing us time to chat with our very knowledgeable guide, Leo, and learn a bit about the city and the Valpolicella wines for which it is known. We tasted 5 wines, 2 whites (one a Prosecco) and 3 reds, accompanied by tasty charcuterie and followed by a trip to their cellar where there were additional wines (but no high-pressure sales talk). We were then given a glass of the fabulous Amarone at the end. Overall great experience and 5 stars to our charming guide, Leo! PS: the tasting was held at the highly rated Ristorante Scapin 1935, where we enjoyed a lovely dinner following our tasting - good food and great staff.
We stayed in one hotel restaurant, and enjoyed 4 types of wine, some delicious cicchettis and a delightful host. There were only four of us, but he slipped back and forth easily from English to Spanish and kept us entertained for a memorable hour.
Outstanding! Our guide was excellent and shared so many insights into history of Verona along and a beautiful wine tasting of local wines. Relaxed and totally enjoyable .Don’t miss this !! Superb!
A really interesting exploration of different wines, locally produced and the history of the foods pared lovey with the wines and I enjoyed trying wines that o might not have done previously. Only criticism is that when we were offered the last one in the cellar we did not get told it would come with an additional cost I would still have tried the wine but would have like to know upfront. Still a really good experience
Leo was lovely. He listened to what our personal tastes was, and provided snacks to accompany the wines. If I had one small complaint, it would be that he provided a final extra glass that met our personal tastes, but forget to mention this was chargeable
This tour was absolutely beautiful and memorable. Starting from the guide we had as she was remarkable and so friendly and kind as the bus driver was also great. I cannot say more about the views and the wine. Santa Maria Valverde and Le Filigare Vineyard and staff were remarkable and so friendly. They explained how Olive Oil and their wines are produced. This was such a breathtaking experience.
This wine tasting with Giovani was superb! Informative, courteous and fun! He should get a double raise, as we have become friends! Oh, and the wines were lovely.
Very attentive and answered all our questions. As a group we are inexperienced with wine and it was a great experience. Also got to go into a 2000 year old wine cellar.
Excellent wines, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic host. Good variety of wines to try and purchase but no pressure to buy.
This was a five star experience! Our wine guide was excellent and had just the right “blend” between education and enjoyment! The snack trays were beautifully laid and nice amounts. We were in a group of six away from the main area. Very relaxed and congenial atmosphere and good pours. Lovely mid-day activity!
Perfect location and excellent selection of wines, meats, cheeses and pickles. Leonard’s our guide was magnificent his knowledge was great and answered all our questions. We were the only two on the wine tasting which meant it was very personal. Highly recommend this experience
Fantastic experience Leonardo was impressive with his knowledge. Very friendly answered all our questions. Perfect location wines and food exceptional.
If you love learning about wine, this is the experience you want. I have done a few wine tours, and guides can be quick to move you on. Not Bruno. With an incredible knowledge of Italian wines and their characteristics to a region, Bruno loves to answer questions and energetically engage. I personally loved understanding how Amarone is produced.
Great experience. Very relaxed atmosphere and nice selection of wine. Definitely would recommend if you have an hour to spare.
Bernardo was a great host. Very friendly, spoke great English and was very engaging! First time in Verona and it was a great way to taste and learn about local wines.
My friend and I had the best time. Our guide was Leonardo. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. There were no other guests there, so it was a private tasting which was excellent!
Amazing, Alessa was so welcoming and so incredibly knowledgable. She was so passionate about us enjoying and getting a full experience. I couldn’t recommend this tour more. Alessa is an amazing if you are lucky enough to get her.
I learned a lot about wine from the Verona area! It tasted great, and we were able to take our time and have great conversation!
Excellent knowledgeable guide who explained the wines clearly and everything about the local wine industry. I must say he was never boring and did not make the tasting heavy and uninteresting. He got it all just right, friendly but not too friendly. Always professional. I could not fault him. He is highly recommended and should get a pay increase as he is so good!
