Valpolicella Wine And Risotto Tasting

Wonderful experience. Fabio is an excellent guide and passionate about his work and what he was telling us. He followed us with dedication and told us the history of the Buglioni family with affection and participation. The visit to the winery was very interesting and made us discover sides of wine production that are not always known. The tasting was the highlight of the whole tour and the Amarone risotto needs no comment. Simply delicious. Thanks to Fabio and the Buglioni family for the heart they put into what they do, which is evident even to those, like us, who are approaching this winery for the first time.

The visit is extraordinary because Fabio makes his work a vocation. He makes you experience the vineyard, the production, and the wines in a very special way. The risotto was good and the wine tasting was extensive and good. The inn was very cozy. Totally recommendable

Truly a pleasant experience; the guide was full of history about Valpolicella wines and the work in the winery. Excellent tasting and with the possibility of sampling many wines including Amarone. We also added a picanha, which was also absolutely up to the task of pairing with the Amarone.

The staff proved to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind, always available to recommend the wine best suited to my tastes and to competently explain the characteristics of the products. fantastic experience, we first visited the winery listening to the history of the family and wines, with an excellent Fabio who passed on the love for this work. We then moved to the inn where we tasted 8 wonderful wines accompanied by an excellent risotto. Truly an excellent sensory journey.

The tour of the winery and the tasting followed by Fabio was interesting and exceptional. The wines are great, is the accompanying risotto also. We also slept in the residence and dined at the inn, great food, wonderful staff, lovely place. Highly recommended and would stay again. Also excellent oil.

We were really impressed by this experience, full of details and passion. In particular Fabio welcomed us with his kindness and expertise in this area making everything even more fascinating. Excellent wines and we enjoyed the combination cicchetti and wine tasting, perfect match for an aperitif to share with your other half.

My group of friends and I decided to spend the last event of a bachelor party at the Buglioni winery. Never was a choice more apt. We opted for the Jeroboam experience by booking a few weeks in advance. The tour began with a visit to the vineyards and continued inside the cellar to discover the production methods of the different wines. The explanation was exceptional and exhaustive in all our curiosity. The tour then continued at the Enoteca del Liar, a 2-minute drive from the winery; we were reserved a table where we could taste the wines and cicchetti. Excellent wines and also the food in combination, we also ordered a mouth-watering risotto with valpolicella ripasso. Many people then decided to buy a bottle to bring a piece of this experience home. Highly recommended!!!

The visit to the winery was really very interesting. The guy who guided us was able to tell us the story of the founder with great passion, enriching everything with curious anecdotes and jokes that made the path fun and never boring. We then continued with the tasting at the wine shop, also owned by the winery, where we could taste excellent cicchetti paired with the wines they produce. A really enjoyable and successful experience. Kindness, friendliness and helpfulness from all the staff made this visit unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The visit to the wineries was very interesting with a perfect oenologist orator, sometimes even funny while telling anecdotes about the Buglioni family. Thanks to the visit we arrived prepared for the tasting at the Enoteca, where we found a welcoming staff and ready to meet our requests (a special thanks to Davide). Excellent selection of wines and very pleasant dishes with a good quality / price. We'll be back!

The guide who accompanied us was very good, he was able to capture our attention passing from historical hints of the territory and the winery to funny anecdotes related to the names of the wines and explained very well and in a simple way the different processes of winemaking. Very well organized also the tasting accompanied by delicious cicchetti, we were very satisfied!

Touch all the steps of wine production, breathe the air of the cellar, admire the passion of this family, the innovation and the risk they experience. All excellent also the tasting experience and congratulations for the availability also to the boys of the wine shop of the liar.

We were two couples and we participated in the Jeroboam tour with Fabio who was very clear in the exhibition and brought us very close to the world of wines (world of which we were not experts). The visit was really instructive in addition to the fact that seeing the vineyards, the cellar and the coop live was very nice. Afterwards we tasted 4 very good whites and 4 very good reds and especially in this case we were illustrated in their characteristics and their history. We concluded with a first of the wine shop despite having already tasted the excellent cicchetti that accompanied the tasting and even in this case we were not disappointed. Finally we bought some of the wines we liked the most. super recommended!
