Our super friendly guide Elisa brought us to two fantastic wineries where the experience was very personal and relaxed. The owners of the wineries presented their products and the surroundings in a very intriguing way. We learned a lot!

Really enjoyed this tour, we went to two small wineries and were fortunate enough to have our tour with the owner of the first one, and a family member at the second one. Our tour host was very kind and gave us good information as we drove through the different areas. We also were very lucky that it ended up being a private tour, because we went during the weak in the off season, but often times it’s groups of 8 or so people. You’ll love the wines!
This was a fantastic experience and highly recommended. We got to visit two very different wineries and learn more about the wine-making process from passionate people, whilst sampling four wines at each destination. If you're into wine definitely check this out.
Fantastic afternoon spent visiting 2 vineyards. Anna our tour guide was excellent and spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable about the regions wines. The wines were lovely and we given good servings more than I expected. We booked it as the weather forecast was bad and it was a great thing to do as it's indoors but equally I'd say go anytime.
We have been on many Italian wine tours over the years and were very pleased to discover Pagus. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with how they managed our first tour: 1. Minibus with non functioning air conditioning in 38 °. 2. One seatbelt in the second row was broken and would not lock (we did not need it but a bigger tour would have done). 3. Inexperienced young male guide who gave us absolutely NO information about anything at all and in fact did not speak more than a handful of words to us for the whole 4 hours (he told us it wasn't far to walk to the first winery). In view of the awards they hold and the relatively high cost of the half day tour we did expect a more professional service and are very disappointed indeed. We emailed Pagus directly about our dissatisfaction but have yet to hear from them. We would give 5 stars to the 2 excellent wineries, but due to the unprofessionalism of Pagus can only award 2.
An absolutely fabulous afternoon. There were just 5 of us on the tour in a (thankfully air conditioned) mini bus and we went to two wineries. The hosts at both were very knowledgeable and the tastings were excellent with accompanying cheese and meats. We had 5 wines at each and had an excellent afternoon.
It was nice to have such small group. It was like our own person wine tour and was very nice. The guides knew a lot of info
First of all want to thanks Pagus Wine for this incredible tour wine! The two wineries we visited were amazing! The wines were delicious the Soave and the Valpoicella wines are so delicious and each one have their story! But totally recommend this wine tour is so awesome and the hostess in each winery where so friendly so kind that it’s was an awesome experience
Excellent tour to organic vineyards. Great tour for people who know a bit about wine production and are interested in the technical side. Also lots of sampling!! Our tour guide ,Elizabeth, was really good. Tour was meant to end at 630 pm. It ended at 730 pm which reflects the fun we were all having.
We had a great afternoon visiting two vineyards in the Soave and Valpolicella regions. In fact, it was like a private tour as there were only three of us out of a possible eight. Anna was a fantastic guide, and the wine specialists in each winery were welcoming and happy to share their knowledge with us. We particularly enjoyed the Valpolicella tastings - our Christmas wine purchases are now sorted! Don’t hesitate to book!
My husband and I love Amarone wines and so we booked a tour of two Amarone vineyards. The tour guide and driver, Davide, was from the area and a local teacher, and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We rode in a 6 passenger van, comfortable and well air conditioned. There were only four of us on the tour. The two vineyards that we visited were different in size but both gave us a nice tour and nice tastings. We ended up going longer than planned, but Davide was not in a hurry to "get us through this". We wished we had had another day in Verona to go to some other vineyard.
Beautiful afternoon very personal tour. The the wineries explained the process and answered all questions. The tastings were excellent and enjoyable with lots of food.
Everything about the booking and organisation of the tour was excellent. The pick up point was easy to find. The tour itself took us to two beautiful wineries where we were treated to detailed tours by the owners. They were both very passionate about their wine and made the tasting experience relaxed and fun. Our guide for the afternoon did a wonderful job of managing the tour. One of the best wine tours we have been on.
Great tour, we got to ser Soave, supernice white wines and also great visit to a winery in Valpocella. So nice group, tour was great and the wine was so good 🍷
Fantastic guide. Good scenary. We went to 2 different wineries and the local guides were 10 out of 10
My wife and I had a great time. We aren't wine connoisseurs but really enjoyed the afternoon. The wines were great and so was the bread, cheese and salami. Both wineries were unique and interesting. I would recommend a tour if you are in the area.
Such a wonderful experience, you will not be disappointed! The fabulous Martina was so knowledgeable and made the day very interesting (as well as enjoyable - we got to taste such varied and delicious wines!). I am a complete wine amateur but the lovely hostesses at the vineyards really were able to explain in detail the unique aspects of all the wines we tried. The hospitality was top-class - we felt very welcome guests of honour. Absolutely marvelous - thank you!
This was a fantastic tour in which we got to visit two wine vineyard in two different regions. The tour guide we were assigned was incredibly knowledgable and make the trip even better. The wine tasting was amazing and the parings with the food enhanced the experience. I would definitely book onto this tour if you are in Verona.
My friend and I had a great time on the wine tour. Instructions for pick up were clear and our female driver was very knowledgeable and passionate about wine. The two stops we had were both led by ladies, who again were very passionate and knowledgeable. We had a fab time and would recommend!
We had the pleasure of being shown around the Soave and Valpolicella areas by the wonderful Lara - we could not have wished for a better guide, her knowledge of the region and details of the winemaking processes are extraordinary. A true expert with great local knowledge. We visited the Balestri Valda and Trabucchi vineyards, both stunningly beautiful locations with wonderfully passionate people. Would highly recommend both vineyards and this tour, it goes without saying the wines were extraordinary. Many thanks to all for a great trip!
If you get Sofia as your guide, you're going to have a fantastic time. She's very knowledgeable of the area, the wines, and the history of Verona and is very nice to talk to, she even helped me with some Italian lessons. The two wineries are family owned boutique wineries and have very good wine. I think we spent 100 euro on wine to take with us. Also at both wineries we were able to meet the owners! It was raining the day we went so we couldn't tour of the vineyard at the second winery, but we got to learn more by talking with our host Veronica (also great!) and taste more wine. If I could give a 6 star rating, I would. All around great experience!
We went on the Soave and Amarone tour, which took us about four hours. We were lucky enough to have the driver/guide Laura all to ourselves. She’s full of knowledge and great spirit! Did a great job, and provided many tips for the rest of our stay. We visited the winery T•E•S•S•A•R•Y and Fasoli Gino. Tours on both winerys by employers. Good wine and food tasting. Recommended!
We took the half-day tour and met up with Lara at 2:30. She is a wonderful, knowledgeable guide who was a pleasure to spend time with. The two wineries we visited were small, family run operations where they clearly love what they do. Lara was intimately familiar with the region and the wineries, and we appreciated her sense of humor. Our group had both novice and experienced wine drinkers, and she was able to cater to all our needs and answer all levels of questions. We got back a bit late (our fault, we kept buying wine!) and she offered to have the driver return us directly to the train station. I highly recommend this tour!
A super nice tour with Petra, via Cantino de Castelli with its wine cellars and meeting place of the Templars to a small family house for a delicious tasting of Amarone. Petra spoke perfect English, which made it a nice tour.
Fint å bli kjørt. Får se mye av området. Vi ble svært godt mottatt på begge vingårdene. Gode viner og mye godt tilbehør. Noen nye smaksopplevelser. Musserende laget på garganega. Veldig god!
The tour was purchased directly by the TripAdvisor app the day before. When the van arrived the next day at the meeting point we realized that we only had us, me and my husband and that made the tour very personalized because the attention was total for us. The guide of the tour Ilaria was very cordial and friendly spoke well the English which helped very much the communication, has extensive knowledge about the region and the visited wineries. The service at both wineries was equally personalized and very friendly, the wines were of high quality with great cost benefit because they are wines that we would not find in Brazil. Finally the tour meets what promises in the description with a lot of sympathy included. Worth the amount charged. We love
Vår guide var kunnskapsrik og ga oss en god opplevelse. Vingårdene var små, men vi fikk i gjengjeld ble det en mer person opplevelse. Feriene høydepunkt.
