We stayed for one night. The room was comfortable, with some amenities. However, there was some dust in our room. Bathroom was clean, with clean towels and bath amenities. We would like to prise a hotel restaurant. Food was delicious and fresh, and service very kind and hard working. We recommend a seafood pasta with very well seasoned. We will remember this taste. Thank you.
This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, I cannot begin to grasp the idea of it having FOUR STARS. It should be 2 or less. First, our room had a big leak from a light in the bathroom ceiling, dripping constantly over the sink. There was also a bucket with water right beside our door, which I’m assuming was collecting water from another leak. We told the woman at reception and she sent a maintenance guy, they said he’d fix it but clearly you cannot fix this kind of leak in 1h and it’s quite dangerous coming from a light and dripping on your head. We finally got them to give us another room. The room floors and hallways were filthy and disgusting, as if no one had cleaned in months, same with the furniture. The room smelled damp, the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was so hot specially in this summer heat. The elevators are tiny and old, the breakfast is terrible with barely any options, and the coffee was THE WORST I’ve ever tasted. It looks like they recently renovated the bathrooms and maybe the room floors, but everything else is so old and outdated. The location is terrible, to get to the center at the time we got to the hotel we either had to walk 40mins and take a tram or a bus, in this heat. We didn’t choose this hotel, it was assigned to us included as part of a tour, either way I’d say it’s not worth your money at all. Terrible experience.
The room is huge with 3 beds clean and neat. Fantastic self-service breakfast eat what you can and what you want.🥰
Location wise, it depends on what you are looking for. Right next to the highway. Location makes a walk to Verona an impossibility. Taxi in and out 25€ per trip Service is quite chaotic. Reception is fine but the rest of the staff are not up to a 4star. Breakfast is not up to a 4star, a 2 or 3star would be a better classification. Rooms are totally outdated, with broken furniture, ours got flooded by an old and almost non functioning AC unit. WC with cracked lavatory and an hard to work toilet. How can the switches not work....and some light bulbs be broken and kept that way inside the room? Very few (if any) amenities. How does it have a 4 star ranking?
Room is outdated. Everything in the bedroom is outdated and dirty. Bathroom is recently remodeled. Security safe does not work at all. Our friends change 3 rooms. First room - refrigerator did not work. Second room air condition did not work. Finally, third room only security safe did not work.
