**An Exceptional Stay in Verona: Personal Hospitality at Its Finest** This was my first time choosing a guesthouse over a traditional hotel, as I usually prefer staying in hotels. However, travelling by car, the combination of secure private parking in a charming inner courtyard and a location within easy walking distance of Verona’s historic old town and all the main attractions convinced me to give Massimago Wine Suites a try. I certainly wasn't disappointed. Quite the opposite! From the moment I arrived, Valentina welcomed me at the entrance with genuine warmth and hospitality. She took the time to explain everything in a friendly, relaxed and almost family-like manner, immediately making me feel at home. Her approach to hospitality is truly exceptional. She is attentive, thoughtful and always welcoming, without ever being intrusive. Honestly, even the concierge service at many luxury hotels would struggle to match her level of personal attention. The suite was modern, spotless and very comfortable. Another lovely touch was the breakfast, which was delivered directly to my room every morning at the time of my choice. It was a convenient and thoughtful service that made each morning feel special. I also thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the tasting itself was both informative and entertaining. Accompanied by a selection of delicious local specialities, including cheese, cured meats and fresh bread, it was a wonderful opportunity to discover more about the local wines and regional products. If I had to mention one minor point for improvement, it would be the lift, which can occasionally be a little jerky. However, this is a very small detail in what was otherwise an outstanding experience. **Five stars without hesitation.** Massimago Wine Suites combines the comfort of modern accommodation with the charm of a personal, family-style welcome. The excellent location, secure parking, thoughtful details and, above all, the outstanding hospitality make it a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. I have no doubt that I will book here again on my next visit to Verona. And Valentina, in particular, deserves special recognition for making this stay so memorable. She is a true ambassador for hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Massimago Wine Suites to the fullest. The welcome and hosting by Valentina were very warm and genuinely friendly, and everything — from check-in to the little tips, the restaurant suggestions and the bookings — was handled with real care. The suite was fantastic: spacious, beautifully and stylishly furnished, and quiet despite being right in the heart of Verona. The breakfast delivered to the room was a real experience, and we enjoyed the wine degustation in the ancient cellar just as much — a memorable event and a lovely way to get to know the Massimago wines. You are a few minutes' walk from the Arena and the old town, which made exploring effortless. We could not have asked for a better base in Verona and would come back without hesitation. Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay here. Reception was super helpful and allowed us to check in early with our bags. The room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. A little retreat in the middle of Verona. It also has rooms to sleep a family of 4 which can be difficult to find in Italy.

I stayed at the Massimago Wine suites back in October and it was so perfect. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by sweet and kind Valentina who welcomed me with a glass of their delicious wine, showed me around. We ended up also doing a wine tasting and it was the best! All wines were absolutely amazing and cheese and their own jams. The suites were spacious and cosy and I had a good feeling there. I can’t wait to visit them again and hopefully in other locations too. My absolute favorite place in Italy.
