Hotel Firenze By Ferretti Hotels

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, location is great just need 7-10 min walking to Arena. Hotel staff were nice. This hotel doesn't have parking spot but can provide you in different location, 5 min walking from hotel, that was Ok, rate was €25 per day. I booked thus hotel by Trivago, once I wanted to check in , they said you have apartment that is located another building not in hotel building, Reception Saud your reservation was done by Stayforlong so we give you this apartment!! Apartments quality is ok, safe box didn't work but I was pk because of night sleeping

We stayed for a couple of nights. Probably my review is a little harsh, because there was nothing fundamentally wrong with it. The bed was very comfortable. However, it was like going back in time. Strange old fashioned technology, very old jet shower and our room was a bit odd. We didn't pay extra for a room with a view, so we had the emergency exit stairs!! The entrance was good, but the rest could do with a bit of tlc with decor. Breakfast was good, but you had very little interaction with the staff and not many smiles!!

We stayed in a double room for 4 nights and the room was clean, spacious, and bright. The furniture needed some updating though. We chose this hotel because it was near the train station and we planned to do day trips from Verona. The breakfast spread was good with various breads, pastries, cold cuts, eggs, and cheese. Service was excellent from the friendly breakfast staff to the efficient front desk personnel who helped us with restaurant reservations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel’s proximity to the city center is a big plus, making it very easy to explore everything on foot. Our junior suite was located in a separate building next door, which was fine overall. Unfortunately, we hadn’t reserved a parking space in advance, and none were available upon arrival. We had to use a nearby parking garage instead, which was a bit inconvenient. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, we were disappointed to find cigarette remains on the terrace, which took away from the overall experience.
