We needed a place in Verona at very short notice and, looking back, we were lucky to end up here. The room was spotless and nicely furnished — with a remarkable number of lamps, seven by our count, which gave us a good laugh. Everything worked properly. Only the air conditioning wasn't running, which in October made no difference at all and didn't bother us for a single night. The real highlight was breakfast. The selection was enormous and genuinely delicious — not something we expected from such a spontaneous booking. The service surprised us just as much. The ladies working in the evening were exceptionally friendly and happy to chat with us for a few minutes. That kind of warmth makes a stay feel personal rather than transactional. Our dogs were welcome, which we appreciated enormously. And the garage at 10 euros per night was well worth it — the car was safe overnight. We'll be back next time we're in Verona.

Beware of this hotel’s ABSURD policies! This hotel has NO parking, NO pool, NO gym and NO amenities, intermittent internet, intermittent laundry service, it’s a 15-minute drive from the center and yet they call themselves a 4-star hotel and like to charge accordingly… The hotel itself is clean and most of the staff is friendly. Breakfast quality is very good (above average), however this supposedly 4-star hotel behaves like Ryan Air and is more interested in charging for extras to maximize their profit, rather than having satisfied customers, even when the customer books a very long stay and obviously spent a lot of money for their stay! I’ve stayed at this hotel for an entire month on business and out of my 30-day stay my partner came to visit me for a weekend (4 nights). At the end of my stay the hotel charged me 230 Euros (57 euros per night!!!). For what???!!! The hotel argued that this is their price for an extra person, even though they incurred ZERO extra expenses for the second person (other than a tea in the morning). When I’ve explain this to the owner of the hotel and I pointed out that my partner only had a tea and a yogurt in the morning, he showed zero care to find an agreement. Furthermore the rooms only have one shower towel, and the hotel did not even bring a second towel for my partner. When I suggested that we should find an agreement and adjust the price for the extra person, given that we only had a tea in the morning and they didn’t even bring a towel, the owner was absolutely uninterested in compromising and aggressively argued that he didn’t care to hear reasons. I got a different hotel in the center (5 min walk from the arena) for 100 Euros per night for TWO people in the SAME period, so there is absolutely NO REASON anyone should pay 57 euros for an extra person in this remote hotel... On top of everything they tried to argue that one bottle of coke and one bottle of water were missing from the mini bar, which was absolutely not true (I don’t ever drink coke and I brought water bottles from outside and left empty bottles in the room). Other problems: - The cleaning staff actively ignores the “do not disturb” sign. They walked into the room 5-6 different times even though the “do not disturb” sign was on. - The internet did not work for the whole first week of my 4 week stay. After I complained 3-4 times they finally fixed it. They never offered a discount or tried to make amends for this disservice. - The second week I wanted to use their laundry service but they said it wasn’t working. They are really good at asking money for extras, but they are terrible at apologizing for their shortcomings. 4-star hotel for no Internet, no laundry, 15-min drive outside of the city center and a Ryan Air attitude???? I don’t think so. I will not stay there ever again!!
Horrible experience! I cancelled the booking less than 20 hours after I made it, I called the property asking for cancellation because I had a car accidnt. They chraged me full price. The staff was very rude, they did not even allow me to talk to the manager, and when I ask the the name of the manager they even refused to give me the name. The worst experience ever!
Very basic rooms, you get towels (Replaced every day), toilet paper, laundry bag, liquid soap, shampoo+conditioner, and soap bar. Basic breakfast, the coffee is not so great... The staff is very nice and will help you with anything. Vute rooftop Not in the canter of verona, about 15 min drive to get to the restaurants area.
Hotel is a lovely well presented place located just outside Verona. Found it very easy to get around using the bus. A quick 7 min bus journey from a bus stop located just over the other side of the road. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. Asked for extra pillows and the lovely lady from reception brought them up to our room. The bed was nice and comfortable, rooms were quiet, clean and had plenty of plug sockets. WIFI needs a little improvement in the rooms, in some places it was a bit patchy but it was useable. Breakfast is included and was perfectly fine. Had a good selection that should be fine for everyone. The roof area was also lovely especially the fact they have real grass on the roof instead of artificial grass. Was a lovely surprise. Room we stayed in had a slight issue with the lights in the cupboard where they’d just keep flashing, wasn’t much of an issue because we just left them switched off, Hair dryer was also broken but the hotel staff we’re notified and said they’ll get it sorted asap. Don’t really have any complaints. Would recommend this Hotel
