This is a great hotel. It is not the most modern but it is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We wished we had known before that they operate a free shuttle service to and from the train station. The breakfast area is spacious and there is a great selection to choose from. The only downside is the location. It is in a fairly industrial area so walking isn't easy. There are no shops or restaurants within a walkable distance due to there being very few pavements. Taxis are between 10 and 15 euros to get to the train station or the centre of Verona and we were advised by the receptionist that the local bus service wasn't reliable.

A good hotel for travelers who plan to use it as a base while exploring different destinations by car. The location makes it easy to reach many nearby cities, and the hotel also provides transportation to the city center and the train station. Seats must be reserved in advance, but the service is convenient and helpful.
Overall, this is a good hotel in Verona. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, although the décor is a bit unusual. The facilities are generally good; the only downside is the gym, which feels a little outdated. At times, it almost feels like you're training with Michael Corleone—but it's still perfectly usable. The location is very convenient, especially if you're planning to visit both Verona and Lake Garda. Now, let's talk about the half board package, which is where the cracks begin to show. The dinner was very good, although dining à la carte can be a little expensive. Since we had the meal package, this wasn't an issue for us. A special mention goes to Cristina, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the breakfast. First, the selection was mediocre—not bad, but I've experienced much better breakfasts at other Crowne Plaza hotels, especially considering Italy's outstanding culinary tradition. They also offer a small menu of made-to-order items, but they were surprisingly inflexible with even simple requests. For example, they refused to prepare soft-boiled eggs, even though hard-boiled eggs were already on the menu. It seemed like a small request that could have easily been accommodated. Secondly, some members of the breakfast staff were not particularly welcoming. One morning, one of us was feeling unwell, so we asked if we could take a breakfast tray to the room. Despite there being plenty of trays available, we were told this wasn't allowed. For a breakfast that costs €18 per person, allowing a guest to borrow a tray for a couple of hours would have been a thoughtful gesture and, in our opinion, much better customer service. In summary, this is a good hotel with comfortable rooms, a convenient location, and an excellent dinner experience. However, the breakfast service was disappointing and left us with mixed feelings about an otherwise enjoyable stay.
Had a good stay at this Hotel. Spacious room (at least the one I was put up in) with everything that you need. Bed was comfortable and clean and everything was working as it should. Staff was friendly, spoke good English (at the reception) and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was not really super convincing but it helped somewhat to get the day started 😊. Plenty of parking spaces around the Hotel and everything is in good reach from the Hotel. I can recommend to use it should you be in town.
A little far from the best parts of Verona but hotel had lots of amenities. Pool and emotional shower were fun, decent gym and accommodating staff. We had to book 2 rooms for a family of 4 (kids 11 and 7) and originally room were on opposite sides of floor. Desk ladies were able to sort us out, much appreciated.
