Best Western Hotel Fiera Verona

This is our fourth time in this hotel, which I think says enough about the way we are treated here and the way we feel. The staff is professional, prompt and reliable. I would like to mention Matteo and Laura, which you can find at the bar and in the restaurant. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication are extraordinary. Very helpful and they always have a good vibe. But, from the reception to the housekeeping personnel everything is to be appreciated here. The rooms are exactly as described on the website. Spacious enough, large bed, comfortable mattresses, bathroom equipped with everything you need from toothbrushes and beauty set to whatever needs a bathroom. Cleanliness is top notch. There is a conference room, fitness and underground garage. Moreover, the hotel has joined the LifeGate program. Opposite the hotel is a bus stop, if you want to use public transport. On foot, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center. Next to the hotel is a Lidl and there are enough restaurants and terraces around the hotel. Of course,the hotel has its own restaurant.

A bit far from the city center, but if you rent a bike it is good. Rooms are very clean and the staff is nice. Breakfast is good, but 10€ is a bit expensive

Very helpful and friendly staff. Pity they took away a good seat from the executive room, now not a comfortable seat and have to sit on my bed. Nice breakfast, clean room, quiet area but far from the centre and a bit complicated bus system with different numbers during the day and during the night.

It’s not in the city centre but in the exhibition centre area. No worries getting to the Arena is easy and fast by car. Rooms are ok could do with a refurbishing but the showers are brand new. Good choice breakfast. Beware of the coach loads of pensioners hoarding the buffet at 7AM 😎
