Excellent customer service! Clean and tidy rooms. Came here bc our original hotel gave me severe allergy reaction. The night manager/person was extremely helpful. Hotel was completely booked but he let us park our car inside the gate which we very much appreciated. The daytime person(manager?) Diana was also very helpful, patient and professional. 5-star customer service. Other staff and housekeeping also greeted us which is nice! The room is average-sized in Europe but very clean, tidy and mold allergen free (I don’t have any reactions and I’m very sensitive). This was a saving grace. I was able to take a good rest. If you’re looking for a clean hotel room outside of city center in Vicenza, I highly recommend it.

I cannot believe this hotel has four star review average on Google - this is one of the worst AC hotels I have ever stayed at. In a depressing and run down industrial area, and walls must be made of cardboard. Loudest hotel ever. You can hear everything from every room up and down the hallways. I got off the elevator and could hear toilets flushing at the other end of the hall, and my wife was blow drying her hair in our room and it sounded like a jet plane landing in the hallway. Convention was in town, so drunk gold show participants kept everyone in the hotel up past midnight. Room doors slam so loud the building shakes. No Sleep. Breakfast is actually decent and staff polite - but very limited English. Glass bathroom door in room slams into the bidet. Room and bathroom are tiny. Anyone rating this property above a two must live in a tent.

Clean, friendly staff and close to the city. There's not much around and you need to drive a bit to the center. Nice restaurants and bars a few minutes by foot

Really like this hotel. The location is a little out of town but this can be seen on the map for anyone planning to stay here. The rooms are clean and tidy and every member of staff I interactive with was super friendly and helpful, especially the chap on the night desk. The coffee grab and go station was a nice touch too. Would recommend.
