We stayed in Venice 3 days, and we decided to rely on Cristina to discover less touristy places and to better understand the history of Venice. We took a tour of Venice on foot and the next day we did the guided tour of the Basilica and the Doge's Palace. Great preparation and ability to involve even children / teenagers. It was not boring at all, indeed very interesting and interactive. I recommend to families with children because he can even involve them to solve a crime inside the ducal palace.
My wife and I were lucky enough to spot Cristina for our two-hour tour of Venice yesterday afternoon. We requested a tour that privileged the outdoor spaces. We met in Rialto and from there he led us to places unknown to most people, making us notice particular glimpses of the city telling us historical facts and revealing curious information. The visit is spaced from the historical, urban, political, architectural aspects (discipline in which Cristina graduated). The tour ended in Piazza San Marco where he gave us useful information for the entrance to the Basilica. In my opinion, it would also involve families with children. We have booked for next spring for a tour of the liberty villas of the Lido. Highly recommended!
