My photographer Konstantina herself was wonderful, she took me to all nice spots and also gave me suggestions for local cafes. However, the company I feel is dishonest because they send you the unflattering 20 photos and then send you the good photos as preview and ask you to pay €50 extra for them. That is a bit dishonest. We should be able to choose which 20 pictures we get
What a great experience! What a great photo’s!! We had Konstantina and she is amazing! Easy going, send directly a app back. We loved here and thank you!!! A kindly a for the compagny; they could send a bit more info about the meeting place and for who we need to look out for. Male/female, do they were a shirt of cap to regonize? Etc. The meeting point was at a toeristic place and big café and a lot of people. That gave me a bit of nerves… I needed to ask by myself about any app number from the photographer. The compagny has non. So that was a small advice. But overall we loved it!! And it is a must do! ❤️📷
My daughter and I booked a photo session with Keyhane during our first day in Venice, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Keyhane arrived late, and communication throughout the session was unclear. At times, she seemed rushed, which made what should have been a fun and memorable experience feel more stressful than enjoyable. The most disappointing part came at the end of the session. We had spent the entire shoot walking through Venice’s narrow streets and across several bridges, and when our 30 minutes were up, Keyhane simply told us the session had ended. My daughter and I had shared that this was our first time in Venice and that we had only been there for a couple of hours, but we weren’t given any directions or guidance on how to get back. We were left to find our own way through an unfamiliar part of the city, which was especially stressful as first-time visitors. Smiler’s policy states that photos are delivered within 48 hours. When that timeframe passed, I politely reached out to ask when we could expect them. The photos were delivered shortly afterward, but only after I had to follow up, and the communication during that exchange was not particularly friendly or reassuring. Unfortunately, I was also disappointed with the final photo gallery. While a few of the photos turned out nicely, several included other people in the background who could have been avoided, and one of the photos captured me squinting in a way that looked awkward. I understand that not every image will be perfect, but I expected more careful selection and attention to detail in the final gallery. Overall, this experience fell short because of the combination of lateness, poor communication, lack of guidance during the session, delayed photo delivery, and inconsistent photo quality. I hope this feedback is helpful and leads to a better experience for future guests.
West of time and money specially when you planned a vacation!! Didn’t expect this no picture clearity my phone get better pictures, no proper style or location in VENICE??? Very disappointed…
We booked a photoshoot with Smiler for our vacation in Venice. The day prior to our scheduled appointment, the provider cancelled. It’s understandable that cancellations may occur on occasion. However, it’s not acceptable that they refused to provide a refund. I was forced to contact GetYourGuide and go though the tedious process (while trying to enjoy my vacation) to request a refund. I would recommend avoiding this company. BTW, this was the second Provider cancellation on my trip. The first one, a bit tour operator, sent a message apologizing for the inconvenience and issued a full refund immediately. So, Smiler just refused to do the right thing and are very unprofessional and unresponsive. Poor Poor Poor!

So special - Liliana(Lillie) was our photographer and she really is amazing. I booked for my daughter's 18th birthday so we would have some pictures together and we got so much more from this. Lillie had so many amazing ideas and places to go. My daughter started off shy and awkward but after about 20mins her confidence boost that she got from Lillie and encouragement went through the roof, which has resulted in some stunning photos. I would 100% recommend to do this and 1000% recommended Liliana. Thank you so so much for what really was the cherry on the cake to a fabulous few days in Venice. U gave more than just photos , I have a very happy and super confident young lady after her experience, so for that alone , it was priceless
The cost of this experience probably is worth it to most. But I had to redo my photos when I got back. My person was late and the editing could have been better.

I booked a photographer through Get Your Guide 12 weeks ago. Today, 5 days before our scheduled photoshoot in Venice, I receive a message from a Smiler rep that the time we picked was very busy and they suggested other times (but not on the date of my booking). I let her know that we were only in Venice for the day and did they suggest another time that would be better because we were flexible for that specific day. Come to find out they have no photographers available that day and she continues to try to offer me times for other days when we are not even going to be there. I am so incredibly frustrated that I could’ve known this 12 weeks ago instead of just finding out a few days before we leave. I will never book through them again.
I assumed it was great until I never received my pictures that was my only day in town and it was wasted. Very disappointed with the outcome and no refund an make up for lost memories
I booked this for me and my wife for a treat while we were away. My hope was that we would get one nice photo as a memory of Venice. Our photographer was Konstantina and she met us, and called us to say she was there. She was amazing and settled us straight away. She took us to some lovely locations around Venice and posed us for the photos. What I wasn’t expecting was 50 photos that we love, every single one of them is amazing. This is really good value, and excellent experience and has given us some fabulous memories.

We booked a photoshoot in Venice with Filippo, hoping for a memorable experience. The original time was set for 5:30 PM, but he asked to move it to 5:00 PM the day before. We agreed, but due to being unfamiliar with the area, we arrived about 15 minutes late. Filippo started the session but left us with his trainee after only 20 minutes, which was unexpected and disappointing. When we later asked for the rest of the photos, Filippo responded that his trainee "didn't have the proper lens for those pics" and sent over what he had. The tone and lack of professionalism in that response left us feeling undervalued as clients. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would have appreciated clearer communication and more accountability.
Konstantina was a wonderful photographer to work with! She was on time, took us to many different locations to take pictures, was friendly, and took great photos!
This was a last minute decision for us to take family photos and I am so glad we did! Konstantina contacted us before the shoot and made sure everything went smoothly. She choose some wonderful spots for our photos and was patient, quick and pleasant. Making us feel immediately at ease. Due to time constraints we had to book at the hottest part of the day. She reached out to offer to change the time if needed but we were unable to. So instead, she chose some well shaded spots to make sure we were comfortable. I can’t wait to see the photos. They will be a wonderful reminder of an amazing trip!

Konstantina was so lovely to work with and was SO GOOD at her job! She showed us all around Venice and took us to the hot spots and also to quiet canals and other more intimate spots. The pictures are incredible! My husband and I teared up looking at them. They’re honestly better than our wedding pictures 🤣 Konstantina showed us how and where to pose ensuring we still looked natural and not forced. Great photoshoot with Konstantina! The pictures captured are amazing, and great work editing the images! She took us to the best spots in Venice, including St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, taking photos of us along the way as we walked through passageways, across canals over bridges, and past a few beautiful campos. It was like a mini-tour in Venice, all while having our photos taken!

Great experience! If you want some good memories of Venice don't think twice and reserve your session with Konstantina. She's really easygoing, helps you out with the poses and being comfortable, has good overall communication, showed a lot of photo experience and she's always on the move trying to find you the right spot, specially away from the crowded areas (which is great if you go during Carnival).
