This is a great way to see some of the well known and unknown sights of Venice. The information given is very good. Couple of things to be aware of would be make sure your WiFi connection is good I purchased 2 tours for my wife and myself. Unfortunately the WiFi on my phone, with Sky, kept dropping out. As for my wife. The programme didn't even download, so we had to share and listen out load. Not the easiest in crowded areas. Lastly, be prepared to find your way back to the start as it leaves you a long way away.

Very informative and easy to adapt to your own schedule. However, Venice is a tough city to navigate on your own. There were many course corrections due to canals, bridges, and blind alleys.
The information was interesting and made it easy to find the highlights! We sometimes struggled finding the designated points and when you miss one in the middle, start wandering and come across another it's a bit frustrating. We learned to always do a 360 because they might be behind you! Overall, worth it for a single person. It would help if there was a list of the pictures you could go to so if you missed one you can still continue.
This audio guide was wonderful; it manages to capture all the magic and mystery of the city from the very first moment. I loved how it combines stories about palaces and canals, legends of sailors and merchants, and anecdotes about the daily life of Venetians. Walking while listening to the narration makes you feel like the city is whispering in your ear. A beautiful, well-structured, and charming audio guide that allows you to discover Venice from a unique perspective, at your own pace and with all its spirit.
Good comprehensive tour with all the must-see items in Venice. History lessons and traditions and cultural knowledge included. Nice to be able to pause between stops to peruse and explore on our own and would have liked to have a nudge in the direction of the next item (to continue, turn left and cross the first bridge; or, go to the second alley to start the walk to our next stop). All in all, a good long and informative walk!
The audio was interesting and easy to listen to. The geolocation sometimes lags a little bit (which could have been my phone) and the map view is angled as opposed to directly overhead, which occasionally made it difficult to see which side of buildings one should be on. The starting point is on the waterfront, not inside a building, as shown. Don't bother going through Viator. Just get the guide directly from Touringbee. You'll be told to use a confirmation code that begins with 2 letters. However the letters aren't needed: leave them off and use the number only. Overall it's ok.
My flight was canceled so I had a little time to find something to do. I wish I had seen how many miles the walk was before starting.
The audio guide for Venice was fantastic! It led me through all the important landmarks like St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace, and I loved the little stories about Venetian history and culture. The guide was easy to follow, and it helped me explore the city at my own pace. It added a lot to my experience and helped me appreciate Venice even more!
You had to follow directions to an unmarked area to be able to download this tour. We walked for hours asking people for help along with Google maps which was no help at all. Finally a shop owner told us this address does not exist so not only did we waste our money on the tour we also wasted several hours of our vacation l looking for something that were would never find. This is a complete scam
This was brilliant! We spent all afternoon exploring Venice on a rainy day at our own pace. Stopped for a wine and a rest and continued at our own pace. Learnt so much about Venice and its history. Highly recommend.
Elly did a great job on our tour. Answered questions, gave history of Venice/Burano/Murano. Very personable
We should have downloaded the tour directly from the app instead of going through Viator. It was difficult to download and the instructions and customer service were very unclear. I paid for 4 tours, but couldn’t figure out how to send it to others’ phones. We ended up huddled around my phone listening to the information. I should’ve just paid for one. That said, the information was interesting and it took us to interesting spots away from the crush of tourists. The narration was done by a generic computer voice and was a little slow, but I did enjoy the experience and would be willing to do this again in a different city. Sometimes my cell phone reception wasn’t great which made the map feature not work as well as it should have. I was able to overcome that by closing the app and starting it again.
Great audio guide! The app downloaded simply, it's clear and easy to use. I really liked the audio guide tips - I was even able to buy a ticket to the Doge's Palace right there. The narration of the sights was interesting, nice voice. Thank you
An enjoyable way to explore part of Venice independently and at your own pace, allowing you to linger at points of interest and potentially skip other areas, with the option to resume your visit at a later date.
The TouringBee audio guide for Venice was a lifesaver! It provided in-depth and fascinating information about all of the key sights. The guide was clear, engaging, and made the history of Venice come alive. It’s perfect for navigating the labyrinthine streets and hidden gems. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to understand this magical city better.
The TouringBee Venice audio guide was incredibly useful. It offered rich insights and history, making our exploration of Venice truly immersive and enjoyable.
The app is easy to use. I could enjoy of the tour right away. The starting point mentioned here doesn't make sense, as the 1st point of the tour starts near the Piazza San Marco. All the rest is enjoyable, as we can do as many pauses as we wanted. The audio is clear and interesting, bringing some history information of each point and relates with actuality. Fortunately we had earbuds, so it was easy to hear it by two persons. For the price and if you can't do with local guide, this is pretty good.
We loved the opportunity to make the sights at our own pace (with stops to eat, drink and buy souvenirs). The audio guide had a very pleasant voice and very interesting facts and anecdotes were told, exactly in the right length (3-4 minutes per point). The marked route also went off the tourist lanes. That was especially nice because you wouldn't have seen these quieter neighborhoods otherwise. Technically everything went flawlessly. Very good value for money !!! The only drawback - I only discovered the tour with audio guide on the penultimate evening. He should be better to find. The Internet is overlaid with expensive offers from a competitor.
The tour has greatly enriched our stay. Everything is easy to use and the information is well put together, not too extensive and not too concise. Unfortunately, there were occasional malfunctions in audio playback. Price performance is 100% correct
Totaler Fake!!!!!!
Great walk through Venice to explore the city a bit in the first few days. However, more time should be planned, it took us a total of 5 hours, but we still took small breaks in a café or various shops in between!
