Easy skip the line access. Beautiful view.

Reasonably priced and quick entry. No queues and the views at the top are spectacular as it was a clear sunny day.

Decided on a very hot Thursday afternoon to go up this amazing Bell Tower in st marks square , booked on line literally 10 mins before. A lift to the top with amazing views of Venice, not over crowded either.

All was very good.We jumped all queues.

This is a great activity . make sure you have a reservation for a particular time as this is very popular and very crowded. Gorgeous views of all of Venice and the surrounding islands

Not worth it! Can do without the experience! Waste of money, better to just have a good meal instead of going to the tower!

The experience going up the tower was great. The issue was the instructions from the tour operator- please present this voucher at the pick up point! There is no pick up point and no one at the tower, the tourist office or the Viator office knew of such, so we spent 45 minutes running around looking for something that didn’t exist. Only when we found a good WiFi connection did the tickets finally come through on email. Not ideal for those traveling on roaming if not an Italian resident and poor instructions from the tour operator

Our experience was terrible. We never got to do the tour because you never sent us the information to collect our tickets. We wasted over two hours trying to retrieve them, but without success. Therefore, we are requesting a full refund.

Was able to book this tour for May 1 , then they e-mailed me and informed me that it was no longer available on that day . I was unable to rebook it for later . They would not reimburse me even though it was their fault not mine .

The lift was broken and we were told it would be at least 2 hours to fix. Since we were flying home that afternoon, it meant we didn’t have time to do the tour. I’ve messaged the company within the app asking for a refund and have heard nothing. I can’t find anywhere on Tripadvisor to contact someone or get help with this. Please can someone contact me.

Great views. Was a little disappointed that you could only us the lift. Was looking forward to the climb. We went just before sunset which was great.

We never received our tickets for entry. Called and they couldn’t reach the operator. Our grandson was very disappointed. The interface was very distracting.

Didn't get the tickets, neither the redunds. It's even easier to get tickets on the official website. Will never use viator again.

Get in line early and that your ticket barcode works. Size limit on handheld items to a medium backpack or smaller. Prepare for wind, great view of Venice

It was a beautiful view of all of Venice! My pictures from the tower are great. It was very crowded and a little hard to get to the windows as so many people wanted to hang out there for too long.

Take an elevator to the top of the bell tower to see stunning views of Venice in all directions. You could get lost for hours looking at the city.

The audio guide was no good. YouTube probably has better information. Suggest buy the ticket separately.

It is rather frustrating that there are only online tickets. I spent half an hour trying to purchese the tickets online, there was no good internet connectiin, a lot of boxes to check, email confirmatiins, etc. in the street in front of the building. The same problem had a lot of other people trying to get in. The older people certainly can't manage this kind of situation. The view is nice from the top.

What a view! If you are in Venice this should be on your list. Beautiful scenery. We would highly recommend. Bring coins for the telescope

What a magnificent view of Venice We booked and had our viewing between 6 and 6.30 pm while the sun was setting. The view was magnificent for 360 degrees. Even after the sun had dropped below the mountains out of direct sight, the sky was lit up, showing the mountains in the distance. The city did not escape with the red sun reflecting on the buildings and well worth the price to see the sights of nearby islands and the city

Awesome place. Your system was horrible. Your tickets depend on a phone with WiFi while in the middle of St. Marks while traveling. Guess what - my phone died and getting in was a major hassle. Give people the option of pre-printed tickets.

Really lovely way to spend 30 - 40 minutes. In a clear day you can see for miles. Elevator only so you don’t need to trudge up all those steps. No toilets so make sure you go before you go

Very nice to do this experience in our own pace. It was easy with the jump the cue tickets and the views in the bell tower are truly spectacular!!!!

Oh wow what amazing views. Well worth getting a ticket for this. Easy to buy the tickets, lift system works well and the views are stunning.

In all the emails/texts from Viator they didn’t tell us that we needed to use the WhatsApp app to download the actual tickets! They sent us confirmations and Vouchers with no other explanation. So we were standing in the rain trying to figure out how to get our tickets. Some people in our group didn’t have the WhatsApp app and ended up having to buy new tickets on site to get in. Also there was no Digital Audio Guide! We didn’t get whatever the Digital Audio Guide is so we didn’t learn anything about the Tower. Probably better to wait and buy your tickets when you arrive and get what you’re paying for... we bought on Viator weeks in advance and had to wait in line anyway to find out we didn’t have what we needed. Its a fabulous view if that’s all you want but a little too pricey just for the short view.

Amazing views! The audio guide was not what I thought. It was sent the afternoon before and just covered the history. I was expecting it to be a guide to the sights that we see from the top. We booked a 9:00 time but the doors did not open until 9:30. It was very confusing where to go until they opened the doors at 9:30.

Easy way to see the city, and an easy process for booking and redeeming tickets. Glad we booked in advance rather than figure it out on the day.

I bought tickets through Tripadvisor and was sent a pass that had a barcode on it but the bell tower wouldn’t accept it and said I needed tickets with a QR code on them. I supposedly should have been sent them the day before. I had to make a phone call to the provider ( which turned out to be in the States). They sorted me out fairly quickly and sent me the tickets via WhatsApp but it took about 20 minutes plus one expensive phone call. There were loads of people having issues at the foot of the tower with a very aggressive attendant not letting you in. Just make sure your tickets have a QR code on them before you go!! The view from the top was amazing. You get the info from a QR code. It was incredibly windy despite being calm down below.

Worth doing if you’re in the area- great view from the top! Currently the stairs aren’t in use so we went up in the lift. €15 euros each for the experience. Very windy at the top but worth doing for the memories and the view.

If you want to get a panoramic view of Venice, then you should the Bell Tower. It gives you a good 360 degrees view of Venice. The wait for the lift to go up is long as it can only handle few people at a time. But the view is worth the wait. We went on a sunny day and the canals and the lagoon looked wonderful.

I like this tour but honestly it is not too helpful, other than getting the tickets ahead of time. The audio file was only a few minutes. Once we got to the top, there was a QR code that provided more information

This offered beautiful views over Venice but it was just slightly expensive. Lift up to the top, no steps.

Highly recommend going up in the tower at the latest time possible to watch the sunset. It was very beautiful and a great ending to our day!

There was only a very short queue and the staff were very helpful. There is a lift that takes you right to the top which offers truly breathtaking views of Venice and the surrounding islands. On a clear day you can see some of the rest of the Veneto area. This is an absolute must-see.

A wonderful way to admire the city of Venice and to see all the landmarks. There is a lift to the top - no stairs. Tour doesn't take long.

Instant entry. You go up, you go down. Family of five. I guess I’ve spent money so fast in Vegas. But….everybody appreciated amazing the views and I’m glad we did it. As advertised.

The views were amazing. Booked the first slot in the morning, showed up a bit early to get the front of the line, so we had the tower to ourselves for a few minutes and it had very few people for the first 30 minutes because it takes the elevator so long to get people up there. Would recommend.

Guaranteed beautiful views of Venice. I recommend going right as the Bell Tower opens (10am) so that you are ahead of the big crowds.

Fantastic way to view the City of Venice. Lift takes you to the top of the tower. Book ahead wectried too scan the booking code at the entrance and it showed no tix available. Thankfully going through Viator we were able to secure entry tix within an hour.

Great views of Venice. Nice breezes on a hot day. You can only take the elevator, no walking. Not too crowded.

We arrived a few minutes early, I thought we would have a never-ending line and instead "2 minutes to enter, the time it took for the elevator to arrive, 1 minute to go up and then here we were at the top of the tower". There is no time limit, you can stay up there as long as you want, to observe, take photos, in short, enjoy the fantastic view. We were up there for about 1 hour I recommend this visit to everyone, truly unmissable.
