we found our driver easily at the meeting point in Piazzale Roma. It was a small plaza and not intimidating at all. Our driver Marcello was very friendly and dropped us off right at the cruise ship and helped us with our luggage. the ease of the transfer was well worth the money.
We had a great experience. We needed to go to Ravenna due to the port for Royal Caribbean for Venice is there. I know there are cheaper options but it was our first time in Venice and didn't want problems. The operator for the transfer scheduled a time for water taxi pickup right outside our hotel. We were dropped off near the transport area for motor vehicles where Marcelo, our driver, picked us up and drove us to Revenna. I would use this service again!

If given the chance to choose this transfer again, I would. It was well worth the price we paid to have a private car service. The car was clean, the driver was friendly and courteous and water was offered/provided. The trip was seamless and it was a great way to kick off our cruise, he couldn't have gotten us any closer to the entrance.
They were disorganized. Never responded to email or written communications, only phone calls. Water taxi was more than 20 minutes late and might never have arrived if I had not called and started pressing. Very disappointing when they are charging $500 per person. The taxi ride itself was fine. The van was very nice (great AC, clean, roomy, and comfortable). Our driver was excellent. Once he got the message we were late, he did his best to make up time. Don’t buy their claim that the trip is about 2 hours — it is minimum 2.5 and more likely 3. They also had the opinion they only needed to get to the cruise ship by its actual departure time! Never mind everyone is supposed to be on board two hours before that and the ship closes entry an hour before departure. No criticism at all of the water taxi or van drivers. But big concerns about the organizers, their lack of communication, their lack of understanding about cruise lines, especially given the prices they charge.
Absolutely brilliant service, responsive by email all through the booking process and on time fast and reliable pick up from our hotel by water taxi then by the 6 seater air conditioned vehicle. Arrived ahead of time which allowed us more time on board our cruise ship.

It is a long ride from Venice to the Ravenna cruise port. This transfer had a water taxi from our hotel and a nice van to get us from the city to the port. Expensive but worth it.
Very timely and easy to meet up the day of transfer. Communication was clear and quick. The vehicle was very roomy and perfectly clean. It’s a no stress way to make it to the port with plenty of space to rest on the way in comfort right from our hotel. Well worth it!

I booked an early morning transfer from Porto Corsini in Ravenna and I was honestly a bit nervous because the departure time was very early. But everything went perfectly. The driver messaged me the day before and I had his direct number, which really helped me sleep peacefully knowing everything was confirmed. He arrived even earlier than scheduled, helped with the luggage and the ride was smooth and comfortable.
Our transfer from Venice to Ravenna was honestly one of the best travel experiences we had on this trip. First we got picked up by a private boat in Venice, right from the dock near our hotel. It felt like a movie scene, really. The boat ride was smooth and fast, and the driver helped us with all the bags like it was nothing. At Piazzale Roma our car was already waiting. A big clean Mercedes, super comfy seats, cold water inside, all perfect. The driver was very calm and professional, he drove really smooth the whole way to Ravenna. We even made a quick stop for a coffee because he noticed we looked tired. The whole service felt very organised, no stress, no running around like usually happens in Venice. Everything was just… easy. Honestly I didn’t expect such a perfect combination between boat and car. If you travel to Ravenna from Venice, this is 100% the way to do it. I will use them again for sure.

My sister and I booked this rather expensive transfer ($898.00) total for two, for what we thought would be a transfer with luggage assistance from our Hotel Concordia to the water taxi port, water taxi ride, and then a luxury ride in Mercedes to Port Ravenna. I asked from the beginning if this was a pick up from our hotel, I gave them our hotel name. This company knows where each and every hotel is, we didn’t since we are swim the US! I even verified two days before the transfer date that we will be in our lobby at the dedicated time we requested for assistance and a transfer. Ciprian Bostan responded each and every time and this time still did not tell us that we would have to get ourselves and our luggage over the rugged terrain in St Marks Square to find the water taxi port on our own. We were told that the next day, the day we couldn’t cancel anymore. They were not upfront the whole month prior to the event date. We would have cancelled and got our own water taxi and own car.
