When I called the company, I discovered our driver went to the wrong port in Venice. It was disappointed to have to wait over an hour for our driver to pick us up to take us to the airport. Fortunately we made our flight home on time.
This was supposed to be a private taxi transfer to the airport. The driver arrived late and then we had to squeeze in with 4 other passengers 2 of whom hadn’t paid. A stop was made at the train station to accommodate these extra 2 non paying passengers before we went to the airport.
Driver showed up on time and fit 6 of us in with 10 suitcases. Would recommend this service to others.
This was a transfer from the cruise ship port to the airport in Venice. Our driver was pleasant, the vehicle was clean and nice, but she arrived 35 minutes late, making our check in at the airport a bit tight. I waited 10 minutes past our pickup time to contact the tour operator. Both the operator and driver were responsive after I reached out.
The driver arrived 15 minutes before scheduled, which was great because our cruise disembarkation was very quick. He verified our destination and also handled our luggage. At the airport the driver made sure we knew which door to use to find our checkin desk. A very good experience.
We mistakenly put in the wrong port for pick up, and this company was exceptional at adjusting and grabbing us somewhere more than two hours further away. They were on time, the van was clean, and everybody arrived where they needed to!

I booked two transfers, one from Venice airport to the cruise terminal and then a return ten days later. For both transfers our driver was waiting with a sign and had texted me to confirm they were there. The cars were clean and the drivers were friendly. Would definately recommend.
drive was nice, early and spoke english. sprinter van was clean and we got to our cruise ship in Fusina with no problems.

Driver was waiting for us with a highly visible sign. We were early and he was already waiting for us. Clean spacious vehicle, room for all our bags and four people with room to spare. Driver was friendly and very smooth.

Even though the van was confirmed twice through the Venice provider, our driver did not show up and caused to miss our flight, plus we had to pay extra for rescheduling our flight, plus we had to get accommodations for two extra nights in Venice because flights we needed were booked!

It would have been helpful if the transportation company would have informed us at time of booking that we needed to meet them at the bus station in Venice. We could have made advanced plans to be there - the driver was delightful and the ride was perfect

The driver was very courteous and helpful. He got a cart for our luggage which he was not required to do, but it made transporting the bags easier for us. I gave the review a four out of five stars because the driver was 15 minutes late and I became worried that I was not going to have transportation to the airport. If he had texted me and told me he was on his way, I wouldn’t have worried, but seeing all the other cruise passengers Meet their driver promptly made me a little nervous.
