As an American the guide the guide had too heavy of an accent and I could not understand 75% of what she was saying. Also I felt we spent too much time in the church. I thought we were going to see more things outside in San Marco.
This tour was great for our short visit to Venice. We saw the main highlights of this beautiful city. Our guide Robi was very knowledgeable about the history and answered all our questions. We even has time for a Gondola ride. Great excursion!

Our tour guide, Juliano, was awesome and very informative! This is longer excursion and entails a lot of walking! Doge's Palace and St Mark's Basilica help tell the history of Venice. You get an hour off for lunch and we found Serafina's and oh my! AWESOME lasagna and bruschetta! The gondola ride was GREAT and Relaxing and wished it lasted about 20 min longer. This is a must if you are a first timer in Venice!
An amazing way to learn and see more of the main historical attractions of Venice. Marco was so incredible, giving us the history of the main sites of Venice, but also including humour that had all of us laughing, and making everyone in the tour feel involved and seen. I can not recommend this tour, and especially Marco, highly enough. An incredible experience.

This was an amazing tour of the highlights of Venice. Not only did we take a gondola ride, we visited Saint Mark’s Basillica and Doge’s Palace.
Guliano was an awesome guide. Very knowledgeable and showed us the more popular attractions in Venice but also the hidden gems. My only negative feedback is the ear pieces for audio kept falling out so I got distracted alot trying to fix it.

The tour was totally worth it. It covered alot of territory, focusing on St. Mark's Cathedral, Rialto Sq and Bridge, a gondala ride, and Doge's palace. The guide spoke very good english. The gondola ride was well assigned so usually a couple gets to sit in the love seat in the middle. The time in Doge's palace as about 45 minutes longer than it needed to be. The walk around was moderately limited but just getting to/from any tour in Venice pretty much requires the use of water-buses which gives you good views of the Venice shorelines and lots of opportunity to hop-off/hop-on. (Buy a longer pass ticket and its no-muss-no-fuss.
This is a very worthwhile tour. You will do a lot in a short time and worth the money. Our tour guide is animated in telling stories and makes it interesting.

The information on how to find the guide was unclear. We were 30mins late and were told we could not join the tour. We spent over $1,300 Australia and was only given 399 back after being told we would get 60% back?!
Great tour, our guide Giana was wonderful, made sure everyone was accommodated, gave a great overview of what to expect, made sure we had restroom breaks as needed.

Amazing tour of the Basilica and palace with an extremely informative guide. The tour includes a 30 minute gondola ride - fabulous! The guide did very well dealing with a very demanding couple in our group. Remember, this is a group tour, not a private one! Very well done!!
Venice was AMAZING! The excursion was very informative and Nick our guide was extremely knowledgeable! The group was too big to have personal discussions and the earpieces were not adequate for the group size. Venice is an expensive place to visit and the cost of this tour followed that pattern!

We really enjoyed visiting St Mark’s Basilica as well as the gondola ride through the canals of Venice! The transitioning from one activity to another was easy! Our guides handed us off with ease as we ventured to the next activity. The tour of Doge’s place was too long for us. There was a lot to see, but too much time was spent in each room. I found the ear piece difficult to wear. It was a nuisance. Our tour guide for Doge’s Palace spoke softly while others guides talked loudly. It was not a 5 star experience. Also, our group was too large!

The tour is great, as advertised. Rocco was an awesome guide, very kind! The gondolier was a jerk. He yelled at all parties in the boat not to touch the brass horses on the sides, never said a word otherwise & when my father had some trouble staying balanced getting out of the gondola and accidentally touched the horse & Pom poms, he said “mister, stop you destroy everything!” Nothing was damaged or even out of place. In general, where you board your gondola in Venice changes which canals you go on. This tour was mostly interior canals, not the grand canal. The Doges palace is gorgeous! The view of the Bridge of Sighs is better from the water. Lunch on our own was good but beware the cafe in the square playing music, they charge you for the privilege of sitting and listening to it while dining.

If you go in summer just be reminded that the Doge Palace is not air condition and is very warm inside so take a fam and water. Saying that, it was a fantastic tour and our guide was so knowledgeable about everywhere she took us. Lizza was lovely and always encouraged questions and apologised for her English but she needn’t as she was brilliant. The gondola ride was amazing and fun. Would definitely recommend this tour.

It was wonderful! We learn so much about the history of Venice and the Chuch and Doge Palace. The Gondola ride was quite an experience; the gondoliers are incredibly talented. Our tour guide was fantastic and I would take a tour with her again tomorrow. Excellent job by aviator.
