The company advertises 24 hours to use a pass, indicating that you could start it one day and finish with the next. This is not true. It doesn’t carry over to the next day, so it’s kind of like false advertising. If I activate the pass at noon, then I literally only have maybe 6 to 8 hours to use it because everything would be closed before the days end. Also, don’t buy any transport pass because mine didn’t work and then there was a strike the next day and even though I paid for a two day 48 hour pass, I only received a one day 24 hour pass, and it was something that did not work when I went to get my ticket. I had to pay two separate charges of €9.50 to get on two separate ferries to travel where I needed to go. No matter how much I tried to explain all of these issues to the company, they were not willing to give me any kind of partial refund or work with me in anyway. All they did was apologize and basically say it was not their fault. So I paid €146, and only got to do a couple of things. Check carefully before you use this company. I bought a pass for Verona from Booking.com and it was fantastic! I would do that again in a heartbeat because it worked, and it was reasonably priced, and I got to do a lot of things for €30.

Itinerary
With its gothic architecture and being the former residence of Venetian dukes, Doge’s Palace is one of the most visited sights in Venice.
Here you can peruse through ancient Greek and Roman sculptures, which were mostly donated from private collections of Venetian aristocrats.
Today, this library owns one of the most important collections of Greek, Latin, and Oriental works. These collections are focused primarily on Venetian history, classical linguistics, and ancient geography maps.
The Leonardo Da Vinci Museum in Venice is an exciting and interactive exhibition that showcases da Vinci’s life and masterpieces.
The Scuola San Rocco is one of the largest confraternities in Venice. It was established in the 13th century and had influence on the religious and communal life of Venice.
The exhibition covers the life and culture of the Venetian Republic through bronze statues, paintings and books.
The Scala Contarini del Bovolo is attached to the Gothic palace “Plazzo Contarini del Bovolo” and draws all the attention due to its uniquely constructed spiral staircase.
Experience our included Gondola ride tour. The characteristic gondolas that decorate the city's canals are a symbol of Venice. For many visitors, a gondola ride is a “must-do” while in Venice. This unforgettable experience will let you see Venice and all its buildings and attractions through a whole different perspective by showcasing the city and its attractions from the Canal Grande and smaller canals around the Piazza San Marco.
Free admission tour our Island tour Murano, Burano & Torcello. The three islands, Murano, Burano and Torcello, are the most famous islands of Venice—and they all have something to offer. The island tour starts in Venice and has its first stop at Murano. This island is famous for its handmade glass—for this reason, you can visit a glassblowing workshop. The tour goes on to Burano, which will warmly welcome you with the vibrant colors of its fisheries. Here you can also admire their famous bobbin lacework. The tour’s last stop is Torcello, which is home to ancient St. Maria Assunta Cathedral and the St. Forsa Church (created in the 11th & 12th century) – both of which are definitely worth a visit.
The palace is one of the few Venetian noble palaces that is open to the public today, and provides a valuable insight into the life of the rich Venetian upper class in the 18th century. It now houses the Museo del Settecento Veneziano, with numerous works of art and interior decorations from one of the absolute heyday of Venetian painting and art. It contains works from the late Baroque, Rococo and early Classicism periods, including paintings and frescoes by Pietro Longhi, Canaletto, Francesco Guardi, and the father and son Tiepolo, as well as furniture and fittings that were brought here from other palaces and villas.
he International Gallery of Modern Art in Ca’ Pesaro contains important 19th- and 20th-century collections of paintings and sculptures, including masterpieces by Gustav Klimt and Auguste Rodin and remarkable works by artists such as Medardo Rosso, Adolfo Wildt and Giacomo Balla, as well as a rich selection of works by other Italian artists and an important section on graphic art. The second floor of the monumental palace is home to temporary exhibitions and the third floor hosts the Museum of Oriental Art.
The museum's glass art collection is considered one of the most extensive in the world and is presented in seven chronologically arranged sections from antiquity to the present day. The last three sections of the exhibition are dedicated to the ‘rebirth’ of Murano glass, which has been in high demand again since the second half of the 19th century. You can admire both classical and Art Nouveau objects, as well as modern and contemporary works.
The Scuola Grande San Giovanni Evangelista is one of the oldest brotherhoods in Venice and has existed since 1261. A visit to this impressive historical building is a journey through history, between Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Rococo. You will discover the wonderful paintings of Tintoretto, Tiepolo, Jacopo Palma il giovane, Marieschi, Longhi, Vicentino and many other works of art. The staircase by Mauro Codussi and the marble septum are known worldwide as an architectural masterpiece. Let yourself be enchanted by 800 years of history!
The museum is located at the historic palace of Podestà of Torcello, in Piazza Galuppi, Burano, seat of the famous Burano Lace School from 1872 to 1970. Rare and precious pieces offer a complete overview of the history and artistry of the Venetian and lagoon’s laces, from its origins to the present day are on display, in a picturesque setting decorated in the typical colours of the island.
Carlo Osvaldo Goldoni (25 February 1707 – 6 February 1793) was an Italian playwright and librettist from the Republic of Venice. His works include some of the most famous and popular plays in Italy. Audiences appreciate Goldoni’s plays for their ingenious blend of wit and honesty. In his memoirs, Goldoni particularly remembers the palace where he was born and grew up. Today, this palace is a museum in his honour. It is also home to an institute for theatre studies.
The Museo Mariano Fortuny is considered a second location of the Museo d'Arte Pesaro. The Palazzo Pesaro Fortuny displays the works of the artist and designer Mariano Fortuny, as well as other works of modern art. On the first floor, you will find the former living space of Mariano Fortuny. The artist created the interior of his home, sometimes even inventing new techniques to bring his ideas to life. As a painter and a set-designer he was a renowned artist of his time, aiming to find the perfect lighting for both works and performances of art. In the Palazzo Fortuny Museum, today you can find paintings, photographs, and fabrics, all set up according to the vision of perfect lighting of the artist.
The museum houses the vast collections of ancient fabrics and clothes belonging to the Venice City Museums, with a section dedicated to perfume. It is meant to be a Study Centre for the history of fabrics, costumes and fashion. The rooms skilfully evoke the different aspects of the life and activities of a Venetian nobleman between the 17th and 18th century. The layout of the museum integrates the palazzo furnishings and paintings with a large number of works from different sectors and deposits of the Venice Civic Museums. After restoring and valorising canvases and pastels, furnishings and glass that had never been on display before, it w shows a rich and opulent display of luxurious elegance of former times.

buying this pass was a huge mistake. i don't recommend it to anyone! It doesn't cover most important places in Venice. we ended up buying this card for very expensive and paying for each place seperately as well.
I bought the pass months before our trip and picked days for San Marco and Doge Palace. Two weeks before we leave for Italy, I received notice we couldn’t visit San Marco during our visit. I sent an email to schedule the canal tour and IlTeatro when I heard about San Marco, and I never heard back. We couldn’t skip the line at Doge with our tickets. No one was at the booth that Sunday morning. Now I can’t get a refund even though we couldn’t use the passes. Our experience in Rome was much different, but I would not recommend this company to anyone for any city after this terrible experience.
Super easy to use and covers all the top sights! The pass also includes a walking tour, which was a fantastic way to get an overview of the city and learn some great insights from a knowledgeable local guide.
We really enjoyed Venice, especially the gondola ride.It was a pity that there were no tickets for the San Marco Basilica, but we got a tip from the Turbopass customer service for the box office on site.
We visited Venice as a couple in early May 2025 and used the Turbopass for 3 days. Overall, it was a very good choice. It included several key sights like the Doge's Palace and some smaller but charming museums. We also appreciated the public transport pass, which made it easy to hop on and off the Vaporetto without worrying about extra tickets. The process of booking and receiving the pass was smooth, and having everything digital worked perfectly. However, it's important to read the pass details carefully. Some attractions still require advance reservations, and not everything is included as a "skip-the-line" option. Also, the system of exchanging vouchers at certain ticket offices can be a bit confusing if you don't plan ahead. All in all, a practical way to explore Venice, especially if you like to organize things in advance. Just make sure to check the fine print to avoid surprises.
Everything was very easy, I read all the instructions contained in my pass. For the Doge's Palace there was a queue of at least an hour, but i have presented my QR code on the pass and the person who was managing the queue opened the barrier for us to enter without queuing. For the rest (gondola ride, the ride on the Grand Canal, the islands Tour) all the tickets are collected at the same place very close to the royal gardens. I visited a lot of the museums included in the offer and i saved a lot of money. Very good experience!
I bought a 2 day pass in Venice It only worked one day. It is not user friendly and I will be asking for a refund!!!!
This pass was perfect for us with a day pass to Venice Italy. Easy to obtain tickets and book gondola and grand canal tour with St Mark and Doge’s palace. Didn’t have time for more but so much else to see. Definitely worth the price for money value.
VERY bad client support, they answer hours even days later. The turbo pass does not include skip the line for any of the attractions, and even i paying the St. Marks Basilica and that being visible in the voucher, it does not include it
If you want to visit 30 churches I'm sure the Venice City Pass is great but if you just want to visit a few and the other main sights, the pass isn't as all inclusive as you might hope. It does get you into the Doge's Palace but it doesn't tell you that you have to bring identity documents (Passport or driving license) with you if you want to use an audio guide. If, like many people, you rely on your phone for everything you can't have an audio guide. The pass does get you into the first bit of the Basilica but there are two further sections which both require additional payment. The Grand Canal cruise is a waste of time. If you've already been up and down the Grand Canal several times on vaporettos you've seen it all already and the gondola ride is basically a con; 20 minutes round the block, not 30 minutes as advertised. Getting the pass in the first place requires you to go to one of only a few pick up points. Why can't you just download it when you pay? Once you have the pass it is convenient but if you want to save money just pay as you go.
We were unable to find/use the package. There was absolutely no help. I would not recommend using this. I am asking for a refund
It was super confusing how to use this pass. The Italians would see that it said City Pass which they confuse with a different company that also had a city pass with different places to go. This was was called Turbo pass, but they didn’t know what it was. We couldn’t get into a couple places we were supposed to get into because of this. It was hard to find help too bc there wasn’t a place to go talk to anyone to help clarify things. We enjoyed the things we could do, but were disappointed we couldn’t do all that was promised. This is the first time I’ve ever had issues with Viator. I’ve used them many times.
We were in Venice for 2.5 days ahead of a cruise around the Greek islands. We decided to get this pass (the complete) so that we could experience the best of the city in the limited time we had and it was so worth it. The airport transfer from Marco Polo took us straight into the plaza where we picked up the water bus nearer to our hotel (perfect as we had large suitcases for the cruise to lug around). On our first full day we did doges palace with this pass (a must) and the gondola ride (much cheeper than buying it out there which would have been 80 euro each!!!) - the gondola was slightly disappointing as you share with others but it was worth doing and you get to see the Rialto bridge in a unique way. The second day we did the island tour to Murano Burano ect which was also included and well worth it. The church pass was also great. All in all I think this pass is great if you want to see all of Venice for a reasonable price - even in the limited time we had our trips ect would have cost double what we paid for this pass.
Great value for all the attractions. Make sure you print the pass before getting to the city. The digital pass did not work at the The Doges Palace. Thankfully the gentleman behind the counter was able to work with us to get the pass. The bus was a little disappointing to the location of our hotel, it would have been better to have alternate options for hotels closer to St Marks square.
I paid a turbopass for 2 people over 341 euros and I could not use the QR code in several of the attractions I had chosen because QR code did not work and could not make the necessary reservations in advance for some attractions.. So I only have one thing to say about running away from a real scam..
We managed very well with the Turbopass and were able to see and experience a lot thanks to the pass. We can recommend the pass 100%.
Good City Pass, worth its price. We were able to visit the main tourist attractions without problem and in complete tranquility, and had a pleasant stay in Venice.
We stayed in Venice for five days and were absolutely delighted with the city. Since we usually organize our days individually, the Turbo Pass helped us a lot. The purchase was uncomplicated and quick, just a few seconds after the purchase the digital card was in my mailbox. The use was also very easy: We only went to the meeting point and presented the digital ticket at the corresponding counter. There we received the original tickets without any problems. The most important sights, such as the gondola ride and a city tour, were already included. We found it particularly pleasant that the meeting place for the activities was always the same. That made planning a lot easier. Conclusion: Absolutely recommended, We would use the Turbo Pass again anytime!
We used the Venice City Pass during our 3-day stay in Venice and were very satisfied. All the important sights we wanted to visit were included: the Doge's Palace, the gondola ride and the island tour to Murano, Burano and Torcello. We saved a lot of time and effort by making previous reservations. Picking up the tickets went smoothly after we had followed the instructions we received by email. The use of public transport was also included in the pass, so we could comfortably ride the vaporetto without having to buy additional tickets. However, I recommend reading all the notes carefully before travelling, especially because of the time-bound reservations. Overall, a very good solution to experience Venice comfortably and well organized. We would definitely use the pass again!
We had a great time in Venice! Thanks to the pass, we didn't have to worry about what we wanted to see or where we'd rather save the entrance, it's pretty much all in. A little tip: You should have your ID with you to use an audio guide, but you should always have it with you anyway;)
We had a great time in Venice with our City Pass! All the highlights we wanted to experience – such as the gondola ride, the Doge’s Palace and the island tour to Murano, Burano and Torcello – were included. The value for money was great and gave us an unforgettable girls weekend. Everything was well organized, uncomplicated and we could enjoy the city stress-free. Highly recommended!
