No show, We were not met by our driver, there was only voice mail at the contact number , we did receive a full refund 3 days after my contacting customer service so overall it was ok

We had excellent service. Our driver was early, which was very helpful. Travel between the airport and our hotel was excellent.

For my wife and I, it was great coming off a plane after 25 hours of travel and see a smiling face with my name on their camera.., Whisked away in a Mercedes-Benz van and delivered to the water taxi. Water taxi was beautiful.. highly polished wood.. all to ourselves.. Felt fantastic and exhilerating cruising through the Canal, out into the Giudecca and to the private dock at our hotel. MAGICAL !

Was expecting a water taxi from the airport to the hotel. Instead, went by luxury Mercedes from airport to the start of the Grand Canal and transferred to the water taxi. All very nice and the person who met us at the airport was most helpful standing there with our name.

Francesca was amazing very prompt and professional. Water taxi was also prompt. It was such a relief to have safe transfer to our accommodations.

Nice car and boat. However, we were rushed from one to the other and at our “stop” handed over to cart runners who then extorted 50 Euros. No asking, no discussion.

The Transfer we hired was quite disappointing. We paid a lot to have the experience of arriving at our hotel by boat. And the driver of our transfer said that we would simply only have the land part... when we reached the limit of the car we would go on foot because "it was too close, you could walk". Disappointing and Unacceptable.

Dependable and Friendly Service! Our Flight was 2 hours late and they were there when we arrived. Call me on the phone to make sure everything was OK.

The drivers were nice and on time. However when water taxi driver after loaded up our luggage, not really take us to the hotel location. We asked him where was the hotel, he just said just straight ahead. Unfortunately the numbers in Venice are all confusing. We searched for an hour even enquired the local ppl, most of them do not know that address. Finally had one store owner able to look for the Google map and gave us the landmark of that location.

Great way to get to Venice! Our driver was there on time and communicated perfectly. Our experience getting from the airport to our hotel was seamless. Quick car trip followed by a water taxi and a short walk and we were there! Highly recommend.

They never showed up!! We called to operator at 9:30 when we were scheduled to be picked up, he said 5 minutes, we waited, after 15 min we called again with no answer, after 30 min we called and he said he would call us back, after 45 min we booked different transportation, it cost the same, it was a huge mistake going with this booking, we are now working to get a full refund, currently waiting I use Viator a lot across multiple country's for several years and this is the first time I have had someone no show!

The water taxi can’t come to many hotels so you’re forced to walk, with your luggage, from canal drop to your hotel. I was told by Viator that they would take us to our hotel

Ready and available even though we landed early they were able to dispatch a driver. Lovely and helpful lady. Great Mercedes van. She brought us to the dock to transition o to a speed boat to get us to our destination. Pricey but don’t attempt to walk it … over a dozen bridges and millions of cobblestones. Highly recommend this transportation from train or plane!

Our driver was waiting at the arrivals terminal for us. A short walk and we were at the luxury van. When we arrived at Piazza Michelangelo she took us directly to our private water taxi who in turn dropped us at our hotel dock. Very good experience. If you can afford it, do it.

Excellent. Our driver was there waiting for us and our plane came in a little early. He was very courteous and handled all of our luggage. We didn’t have to wait for the water taxi and both drivers put our luggage into water taxi and we were on our way. Excellent experience.

I give 4 stars because our actual hotel had a private dock and we could have avoided carrying our heavy roller bags for 5 minutes had the service dropped us off at the hotel. I did provide the service with my hotel name & address. Still the service was very good.

Got us to where we needed to go. It was a bit confusing as the captain was a few minutes behind due to traffic in the area. They will drop you to a main hub area where a van will finish up the transfer to the airport.

way too expensive compared to other options. First time there this seemed safe. Id take a cab or ride share into Venice next time and walk the rest of the way or take the water bus.

Booked a car to the, water taxi which was to take us directly to hotel. My husband had shoulder surgery and it was difficult to manage luggage which is why we decided not to take public transportation. The water driver dropped us in town center with no help and no directions to hotel. Could have saved a fortune. Very disappointed.

Seeing our names on the greeter’s sign was the first indicator of a terrific start to our vacation. We went straight to the car and then straight to the water taxi. No hassles, headaches or long walks dragging too many bags. Then the ride was so glamorous! It’s a splurge for sure, but it was great for us.

No one was as the water taxi dock to meet us. None of the kiosks knew of the service provider, Venice Black Car. We also spoke with boat taxi captains at each dock. No one recognized our phone digital ticket, or the paper print out ticket. After more than an hour wait, we hired a water taxi to take us to our hotel. We have used Viator on many prior occasions. This has been our first and only bad experience.

Gioni picked us up on time. He was friendly and helpful. He drove us to the water taxi safely. Then the water taxi ride to our Airbnb was smooth. The taxi was clean and so was the van at the airport.

Our flight was early but my friend lost her passport. We were cleared by 10:30 our pickup time but no driver in sight. We asked for help at Costco desk who called driver and said he was there since our flight was early but we were now out of our hour window. I said no, our window was from 10:30-11:30. I booked later purposely I case something happened. We sat for over another hour in hot airport to wait for another driver!

The driver was 1-hour late and we had to call many times. The customer service agent did not help. We were very upset! And we have a return trip scheduled and are very nervous!
