Thankfully, we found Cecilia, and she absolutely saved our Venice photo session. Despite the short notice, Cecilia was able to accommodate us within just a few hours and immediately put us at ease. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. Rather than rushing through the session, she took the time to ask what type of photos we preferred—whether we wanted more iconic canal views or photos in the charming inner streets of Venice—and tailored the session accordingly. She guided us through several beautiful locations throughout Venice, giving us an incredible variety of backdrops and photo styles. We ended up with a wonderful mix of classic Venice scenery and hidden local gems that we never would have found on our own. The photos were delivered promptly, and we were very happy with the quality. For the price, this experience was an exceptional value and far exceeded our expectations, especially given the circumstances. The photographer was talented and took us very beautiful pictures. However, when we saw the pictures on the camera, we asked for specific ones, none of them ones we asked for were received. Actually we received the worst ones, in order to ask for more money for the good ones!

Review: Photo Shoot with Picster Date of booking: May 2026 | Occasion: Fiancée’s 60th Birthday I booked this session with Picster in May to mark my fiancée’s 60th birthday, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. We met our photographer, Mary, at the Rialto Bridge, before moving between several locations, and concluding the shoot aboard a gondola. The service was highly professional, warm and friendly throughout, and the quality of the final photographs is outstanding. Mary went above and beyond to ensure we got the best results — notably, for one set of shots on a small bridge, she kindly cleared the immediate area so there were no people in the background, allowing us to have clean, unobstructed images. We even noticed other passers-by taking photos of us while we were being photographed — we joked they must have thought we were famous! While the overall experience and outcome were fantastic, there are some practical points I learned that would help anyone planning a similar session: • Meeting point planning: We were staying right beside St Mark’s Basilica and walked to the Rialto Bridge to meet Mary, but the shoot actually began back at the Basilica, meaning we had to retrace our steps. It would have been more efficient to arrange to meet directly at the first intended shooting location. While Mary probably planned to take key shots at the Rialto, the crowds made that very challenging. (Saturday is market day too & that’s at the bridge) • Timing of the shoot: We chose a Saturday, and found the area extremely busy with day visitors. This not only made it harder to get clear shots, but also caused delays when trying to board a gondola — we had to visit several spots before finding one without a long queue. Much of our time was spent walking between locations rather than photographing, and as a result, the majority of our photos were taken on the gondola, with fewer shots at other locations. With just two people in the shoot, this meant we had a large number of images in the same setting, whereas only a few different shots on the boat are really needed. Would I book this again? Absolutely — it was a wonderful experience and we are delighted with the photos. For others booking however, I would recommend: 1. Coordinating directly with the photographer in advance to agree on meeting at the first shooting location, to avoid unnecessary travel. 2. Planning the main photography on land across multiple locations, to get more variety; only taking a small number of shots at the start of the gondola ride, before it departs. 3. Choosing a weekday rather than a weekend, to avoid large crowds and queues. 4. Including more movement-style shots — one of our favourite images from the day was taken while we were walking, and this worked beautifully. 5. Taking more individual portraits. Mary offered to take these, and we only did so at one location, but the results were excellent — I would definitely include more of these in future.

I have done a lot of photoshoots in my life, and this was hands down one of the best shoots I have ever had. Mirac was my photographer, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He paid incredible attention to detail, was very flexible throughout the session, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and collaborative. I really appreciated that he showed me the photos throughout the shoot so I could give feedback or make adjustments in real time. That level of care and professionalism truly stood out to me. My pictures came out beautifully, and I could not be happier with the results. Seriously, thank you for such an amazing experience and excellent service. I highly recommend booking with this team, and I hope you get the chance to work with Mirac as well.

It was a girls' trip; neither of us had ever been to Venice before and we wanted to have some nice photos to remember the trip by, so we decided to hire a photographer. Reyna was super friendly and approachable from the very beginning, giving us artistic direction to make the photos look their best and guiding us through some of Venice's hidden gems that were just as beautiful. I think we’ll definitely use Picster for our future trips too, because it was a wonderful experience and the photos are gorgeous.

We wanted to do something special and different for our honeymoon so as soon as I saw the opportunity to get photos done in Venice I knew I had to jump at the opportunity. We were initially worried booking online but as soon as we met our photographer, our worries melted away. She was so easy to talk to and understand, she helped us my advising us on poses and took us around different spots. The price was fantastic and it was good amount of time without it being overwhelming or dragging. We are a bit camera shy and awkward but our photos didnt reflect that, which is a great indication of a talented photographer. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Had a little hiccup with the booking so thw photographer was not there at specified time. Call Viator who reach out to the company and they had him there in a matter of 5-10 minutes. Photographer was wonderful along with Viator and photography company and from what we seen of the pictures (before editing) they are amazing. So happy

Excellent photoshoot with our photographer Reyna!! She was very friendly and kind to our toddler, and was able to get him to crack up and smile frequently during the shoot - even though he can sometimes be quite stubborn!!! We have not yet received the photos but she showed us a few previews on her camera and we cannot wait to see the final results!! Highly recommend this experience when travelling with family to ensure lasting memories to look back on for years to come!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Marta for our honeymoon photo shoot in Venice, and she was absolutely incredible. Venice is breathtaking and doing this photoshoot is a way we will remember this experience for the rest of our lives. Our photographer was so kind, she had to push back our appt and was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. She talked about the area as we walked to each photo location and was great with my four year old. I’m very happy we did this photoshoot!

We decided to do a photoshoot last minute one morning in Venice before leaving the city. The process of booking was easy and we were very pleased with our photographer! He helped us relax, was open to suggestions, and had a lot of places across the city to take us too. I don’t have my photo taken much and he really helped me relax and get into it’s it felt like he wanted us to be happy. I love many of the pictures from the photoshoot and how it shows the colors and architecture of Venice. They really bring back fond memories and the beauty of the city!

I was having a challenging task to make a photoshoot before my train 12 pm and was looking for a photographer in a very short notice 9 am )) Mike was so much helpful to undertake this task and he found me a beautiful photographer Maria, we met at San Marco and Maria took me fee places, we made amazing pictures and I was on time for my train — so big thanks to you guys, you are total looove!!! The task was even more important for me as I had a dress from designer so that we agreed with the designer I will provide him with photos — I couldn’t leave without making ones in the dress in beautiful Venice right after Venice film fest! My family scheduled our photoshoot in Venice at the last minute and during the Venice Boat Festival, we weren’t sure what to expect considering how busy the day was in Venice. However Picset was able to accommodate us, coordinated with us on WhatsApp, gave us a professional photoshoot service with such a short notice (less than 3 hours), and delivered the processed pictures to us within 8 hours. This is one of the best shoots we’ve had as a family and I can’t recommend them enough for anyone visiting Venice. They’re professional, fast and very reliable.

I had Marta as my photographer and she’s incredibly talented. She listens to your preferences and works hard to achieve them. She can make even the most awkward/camera shy person (me) look natural and relaxed in front of the camera. The photos turned out amazing. I LOVE THEM!

My husband and I did a photo shoot with Federico in Venice. We loved the photos!! Federico did a great job, he suggested some nice poses. We wanted our pictures to be very natural and he did so!! The shoot locations he chose around the city were unique. Also, he was very calm and open to our suggestions. We were happy with the photos and the overall photo shoot!! 😊

This is a very tourist attraction getting busy in the day, it's a double sided bridge with shops up and down it, at the bottom off each side you have lots of fish 🐠 restaurant you can sit by the canal and watch the world row by.

We had Marta and she was simply amazing. First she stay in contact with us until we met up. Then she took to so many places and made our photos personal to us. She work with us two unphotogentic people and need total instructions. She was patience and suoer kind. We would do it again. Thank you again Marta
