Perfect hassle-free way to get to hotel. Ilaria was wonderful. She waited for us right outside the exit w our name and walked us out of the train station. She had a water taxi ready for us and escorted us all the way to the check in counter of our hotel. Great experience!!

Well worth it. Guide met us at the train station, took us to the water taxi, rode with us to our VRBO and called them when we arrived. Same service back to the train station. Even helped with bags and took us all the way to our train car.

If it was not for the guidance of Top Venice, we might still be standing in the Venice cruise port ... not really, but it would have been an overwhelming circumstance if not for Top Venice. We also booked a private water taxi from hotel to the Lucia train station. Having a private transfer was so helpful. Our hotel was in Murano but the majority of our tours were in Venice. There are public water taxis but the private transfer is so much faster

Giuseppe was very communicative and helpful in booking / sharing information. Ana Paula was helpful and walked us straight to the reception desk of our hotel. Price was a little expensive but the convenience of a private / direct water taxi helped us maximize our first and only day in Venice.

Wonderful experience! We are a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids. Lisa was at the arrival platform of the train station and took us to our private boat and to our hotel door. The communication was thourough (before arrival) and it was nice to hear about the city during the boat ride. We saw the water taxi packed with people and luggage which made us even more grateful we had our own space. Our family definitely recommends using this service!
I highly recommend using a private transfer from Santa Lucia train station to your hotel in the Venice City Center. Our group of six had two pieces of luggage each, and handling that on public transport would have been challenging. The convenience of a private transfer made our arrival much smoother and stress-free. Plus, the views from the private tour were stunning, especially the route through the Grand Canal, which added a wonderful touch to our experience. If you’re traveling with luggage, this option is definitely worth considering!
Guiseppe was a GREAT host! Not only did he meet us at the train and get us on the boat to our hotel.. he coordinated this bad all of tours and transfers for our entire trip!! He also was sure to speak to me a lot before we arrive to ensure I understood all of my plans and various options that might work better for myself and my family. Highly recommend!!!
Mattia was there on time. They will arrive and wait for you at the time your train etc arrives to Venice. Smooth transfer. Professional. Great communication at the time of booking and 24 hours prior to pick up. Very easy to get in touch, and prompt to respond to questions. So much easier this way when you have kids/luggage. Dropped us to the door of our hotel.
I live close to the 17th street station , the City lets the Metro Shout over the loud Speaker all day all night . The speakers Yell at our homes way over city noise levels allowed , homeless sleep all over station . They bring a huge power washer in every night at 3 am so noisy with moters runing for a hour . How dare they no regard for the people who live in Santa Monica , homeless , trash everywere they have distroyed this City . Dont come to Santa Monica even the Beach is gross full of oil and sewer .
Wonderful experience into and out of Venice! Both Mattia and Giulia were fantastic! We were met right at the arrival platform at the train station and Mattia walked us to our boat and accompanied us right to our hotel lobby. Same the other way, Giulia met us right in our hotel lobby and took us right to our train. Talk about door-to-door service! Highly recommend!

Since it was our first trip to Venice, it was nice to be met in the train station and brought to the water taxi. The ride was quick, comfortable and scenic.

If you have big bags taking a private taxi from the train station to the hotel makes the arrival much more confortable especially in summer heat. The ride is expensive but worth it, specially with kids. Beware of baggage carriers outside the train station, they seem to be affiliated with the boat taxi service but are not and will charge you 15 euros to take your bags for the 10m walk to the taxi. This is definitely a trap!!!
We were met at the train platform and escorted to the boat where we had very short wait. Our luggage was loaded by our escort and boat captain. The ride down the Grand Canal was fabulous. It was our first time in Venice and we were taking it all in. We were dropped off within a couple hundred feet if the hotel entrance. Our luggage was unloaded by our escort and boat captain (we don’t travel lightly - 4 large rolling cases and 2 backpacks). Our escort assisted with getting the luggage to the hotel porter, announced that she would be the one collecting us at the end of our trip. Kudos to Lander for setting this up for up!
Very quick to respond & text when we asked questions before we met and we’re there on the platform - very smooth ride to our hotel. If this is your first time to Venice with kids and don’t want any stress, would highly recommend! Took great family pictures too!!
