We had an amazing private tour to the Murano glass factory! Their private taxi took us to the island and our guide was absolutely amazing!! I am literally trying to remember her name but her nieces name is Emma and her brother lives in London. We had the best conversations about family and her life in Venice. She was wonderful!! I would suggest her to give you a tour anywhere on the island. 10/10 The Murano glass factory was amazing and not anything like I thought it would be. So beautiful and so much beautiful art! They were so nice and helpful and the glass blowing was incredible! 10/10

Irene was a lovely guide who was great at providing information while on the boat and walking through the towns. She was also lovely to chat with and very friendly. Our boat was not overly crowded, which made the ride comfortable. The glass blowing demonstration in Murano was very neat to see - one of our favorite parts! Even took some home! And, we had time for a quick lunch in Burano.

It was a very nice tour. Our guide Nicola had lots of good information about the islands and was very helpful with answering any questions. There was a good amount of time to see both islands and I enjoyed both the lace and glass blowing demonstrations.
Great day tour with Sebastian who was an excellent guide! Loved visiting Murano and seeing the Master creating Murano glassware. Nice to shop for genuine Murano pieces too. Burano was so pretty and lovely to have time to wander, shop and eat!

Very Enjoyable! Valentina was our guide and from the moment of arrival greeted us with enthusiasm and excitement for our tour. She provided history, information, and clarity of what to expect on the tour. We watched glass blowing, visited the museum and gift shop in Murano, watched a brief lace making, short tour of the houses, and had time to explore or have a meal. The tour was perfect for the amount of time available. If you have an opportunity to join her tour, you won’t be disappointed!

Murano and Burano were beautiful and definitely worth visiting, but the organisation of the tour could have been better. It would have been much more enjoyable if the tour had started earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon, as the heat around 12–1 p.m. was quite intense. Most of the guides gave their explanations from the upper deck. However, the French-speaking guide remained downstairs near the other passengers and spoke loudly, which made it difficult for us to hear our English-speaking guide. Several other passengers were unhappy about this as well, and unfortunately it affected our enjoyment of the boat journey. The time allocated to the islands was also far too short, especially in Burano. An additional hour there would have made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, the islands were lovely, but the timing, limited free time and overlapping commentary could be significantly improved.
