Our traveling from H10 Canova Plaza to Marco Polo airport was a breeze! Our water taxi driver was right on time, pulled up to the front door, and loaded our luggage. He then drove us to meet our taxi driver who was waiting on the dock to assist with our luggage. He then delivered us straight to the airport! I would highly recommend Viator to book your arrival & exit from Venice! They made a possible stressful time an easy one!!

We had a wonderful experience with the private transfer. They communicated about exact meeting point and they arrived on time. They were very helpful and professional. They made the trip very smooth even though we were traveling with a disabled person. We definitely recommend them!

Initially had some communication concerns between us and the transportation service, however that was resolved. The taxi ride to the airport was a highlight and a nice way to say goodbye to Venice. It was like a water highway. So cool! Then another gentleman met us at the boat at the airport, drove us to our terminal and brought our luggage in to the counter. It worked out well!

Easiest way to get to Venice airport from the island. The water taxi drops you off at the pier close to the airport and a car and driver are waiting to take you the rest of the way.

The boat transfer to the Venice Airport was great. There were eight of us with luggage. Viator only provided one van for the ride from the dock to the airport. We had to sit on top of each other with our luggage to travel in a very unsafe and cramped mannor. The driver was absolutely no help. Terrible. We got the the terminal because we made it happen. Loading luggae and people in this van ourselves.

Do not book through Viator - it’s basically a scam. The operator did not respond to multiple messages and then refused to issue a refund when I had to cancel because I made other arrangements.

I was a little disappointed to be honest, not necessarily with the service, more the expectations. We were collected from the Hotel by the water taxi in Venice as expected, however dropped off 5 minutes later to be taken to the airport by Car Taxi. The advert lead me to believe the Water Taxi would take us directly to the airport and we both missed the expected trill of the water ride, which I believed we had paid for in the advert. Poor advert description !

Excellent service. The taxi arrived on time, actually 5 minutes early, which was great. The meeting was also only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The ride into the airport was very comfortable, and the driver very courteous. I would definitely recommend this as a seamless way to travel to the airport.

Absolutely wonderful transfer experience! I was really nervous about getting to the airport on time! Even with a 3 AM pick up time everybody was very friendly! They really made a stressful situation better!

The water taxi arrived around 10 minutes early and was ready when we came out from our hotel. He got us to the airport in 30 minutes and directed us to the driver who took our luggage to his SUV. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I thought it was a bit pricey but it saves time getting to the airport.

Very Bad experience. Would not recommend We booked 3 months in advance. Received confirmation of trip. Morning of trip the provider gave us an entirely different location to meet than arranged for and we did not have time to get to the new location. We had to make emergency plans which got us to our ship on time. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and response. Have been pleased for several years of trips Before this mess.

On time and very helpful. Good communication. The boat driver was very helpful with boarding and the luggage on the wet, slippery surface. The van driver was waiting when we arrived, very well coordinated.Would use again.

Be careful what you book!. Having booked a water taxi to the airport from Venice, we expected the water taxi to take us directly by boat to the airport. Instead we were collected by water taxi , taken to the Venice train station and were told the remainder of the journey was on land by taxi. When questioned we were told it was water taxi, then land taxi ! It was more expensive than the direct water taxi that collected us from the airport . Disappointing.

Had a vouchercode that I used and the service was excellent text you and called you to confirm driver number, wasn't aware of the car transfer but took us directly to departures. Great service.

This was the most seamless pick up/drop off we’ve had this trip. Our flight was scheduled for 8:20. We were nervous with the times being so tight. The boat was a few minutes early picking us up from our hotel and the car was waiting for us at the ferry dock upon arrival. Could not have asked for better service.

The transfer included a van from the boat dock to the terminal. This wasn’t provided so we had to walk 20 minutes with 8 bags to the terminal

After a two week cruise that ended in Venice this was the best way for a fast, efficient and beautiful transport to get to the airport from our hotel.

I paid to be driven by boat to the airport… what I received was a pick up by boat and then 5 minutes later being dropped off at the Venice train/bus station and driven to the airport by van at 3:30 in the morning. Normally, this wouldn’t have frustrated me, but it was 3:30 am and I am a single mother with my 3 kids and had no idea that we were going to be dropped off at train/bus station for a transfer. When I told the driver that this wasn’t what I paid for and I wasn’t comfortable getting into a random van at 3:30 am with my 3 kids, he didn’t care, the boat driver was rude and told us to get out of the boat as he had other passengers to go pick up. When I addressed it with the company, she said that boats don’t travel to the airport that early. This was a lie as other passengers on our flight that we had travelled with were driven directly by boat to the airport for the same early morning flight. My issue is less about the money (although the ride wasn’t cheap). It was more that a simple head’s up about the transfer would have eliminated my panic at 3 in the morning with 3 kids getting into a random van. Not cool.

This was a great option for us. The directions on where to go were excellent and the communication was very good with text updates. The boat was on time and the van to the terminal was waiting. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

For some reason they had the wrong pick up date. I called them and they were very accommodating. Easy to work with, pleasant company.

The ease of our transfer left all 8 of us speechless! We were picked up at our agreed upon “jetty”, driven to the drop off at the Marco Polo Airport and once there we were met by two wonderful men who transferred our luggage to vans and drove us to the airport. I would highly recommend this.

We had to be in Marco Polo Airport, Venice, Italy, early so we could not chance it taking Alilaguna or other communal boat transport. We were staying in San Marco so we had no choice between a private water taxi or public one. Everything started out fine but they gave me directions in nautical terms. With the help of Viator Support I was able to get it down to a specific direction but after that the provider would not communicate with me on the App which was real disappointing. Viator Support did contact the provider who said he would contact me the day before the pick up. As the time approached I again tried to contact the provider through the App which was not responded to. So the day before came and it was not until the afternoon before that he contacted me needing further info on the pick up. This was after he sent us a specific pickup location. My wfie interceded as she is more tech savy than me and they were able to come up with a different pick up location nearby at the San Marco Pier. She sent him a pic of that location and the provider said fine. The next day we got there early and the private water taxi came early too and all went well. It was only about 24 mnutes to get to the Aiport. The Driver did an excellent job and but for the lack of communication I would say this was a superb experience. And the price was excellent too. So with that in mind I gave them four stars and would recommend them to anyone. We also did call on the phone and I recommend this as it worked out a lot better when push came to shove. So I thank them.

Our group of 4 was picked up at the dock of our hotel (San Cassiano Ca' Favretto) at exactly 9:00am as scheduled, and delivered promptly to the airport.

Amazing!! Not only did we a private water taxi to the airport, we also were taken right to our airline terminal!! An absolutely amazing experience and a fantastic way to say arrivederci to the fabulous city of Venice!!! Thank You Mario and crew!!!

Booked the top of line service, someone to meet at hotel and take to dock. No one showed! Told to be at dock at 12:45 for a 1:00 private boat - boat didn't show until 1:25. Stood in the rain for 45 minutes. Talked to boat taxi service and they said they didn’t have the van to take us from the dock to the airport but arranged it after I told them it was pre-booked.

The transport was booked for 10 am and cancelled at 8:30 am that morning. No response, no sorry and awaiting refund...

Driver was wonderful, on time and took us rapidly to the airport. However this same service was available to book at the hotel for half the price (160 euro). Save your money and book at the hotel

We had an early flight from Marco Polo and this made everything so much easier. I booked the experience and a day or two before our departure the company texted me to confirm all of the details for pickup and drop off. They were friendly and they even agreed to pick us up earlier than we originally agreed since our flight was so early. (Side tip, for us the Venice airport was l very slow so get there early!) Our boat driver was prompt and friendly. After a short boat ride to the airport our driver was arriving to pick us up. Everything ran smoothly. Recommend for hassle free transfer.

Posh boat met us at sunrise to transport us from our Airbnb near San Marco to the airport. We were traveling with my elderly mother and everyone took great care with her and all of the luggage too. Lovely boat ride to the airport marina. A large van met us to drive us over to the terminal. This all went according to the tour description. However, we were told that we need to pay an additional $30 for the porter to move our luggage from boat to the van. I really thought this was a door-to-door service. We agreed as we also had to help Mother maneuver all of this. The same porter/van driver took our luggage all the way to the United check-in for us. So in the end, I felt that the $30 Euros was well worth it even though I wasn't expecting to pay it. I would definitely recommend this service.

This was a great experience to the end of our vacation. We didn’t have to struggle with our luggage getting to the airport. Our boat driver was nice, on time and the ride was terrific. I will do this again!
