Hard Rock Cafe Venice With Set Lunch Or Dinner

We had so much fun at Hard Rock Venice during a DJ contest! The staff at Hard Rock were all so nice and the music was great! DJ Matteo Venice should have won the contest so maybe he will next year!

Whenever I travel to a foreign country. I look for a HARD ROCK CAFE. I recently went to a HARD ROCK CAFE in Venice , Italy. I received a warm welcome. My server was very attentive and my meal, the BBQ combo was very generous. In fact I had to take it back to my hotel. I would recommend this cafe to anyone. They do have a varied menu for lunch that includes burger, salads, BBQ ribs and chicken.

Excellent Bar and shop with great service,we always try and pop in to hard rock when we can while on our holidays the staff are always friendly and accommodating and interesting rock memorabilia

Excellent food, excellent customer service. Went on a Friday night and it was sooooooooo good, we went back again on the Sunday night!! Enjoyed Happy hour on both nights, which has an excellent range of cocktails, and not just one or two, to tick a box. Will definitely be going again, just need to save up for another trip to Venice!

I have been to this Hard Rock several times. Today’s experience was not up to their standards. Food was ok, not the typical great hamburger I am used too. The worst thing was I couldn’t hear the music to the videos. The volume wasn’t loud enough to cover conversations and the baby music video at the table next to me. What’s a Hard Rock without the rock?

I booked the Gondola and Lunch experience through Open table because it was excellent value,looked a lovely setting for a Hard Rock Cafe,and is a change from Italian cuisine.From the moment I booked the whole process was faultless,guest relations contacted me to confirm my Gondola ride time to suit,either pre or post dining and my preference of a window seat for dining.On arriving we were treated like VIP’S and looked after by Roberta who ensured we didn’t have to queue for the Gondola and confirmed that she had reserved a table by the window as requested.The food was lovely and the Prosecco and cake to follow ensured we left full and happy with high recommendation to dine here as the staff were brilliant and everything was perfect.

Usual Hard Rock experience with a great window view. Standard menu choice and food quality that you can expect from these deals. Service was okay but not the most friendly I've had from Hard Rock.

Our server named Daniella was absolutely sunshine. When she introduced herself as our server and when to get our drinks? My wife and I both…instantly said…she is going to great. She was great along with the rest of the staff that made my 60th birthday in Venice memorable. This exceptional young lady along with the young lady from the bar honestly should be treasured and given an increase in pay…they definitely make the Hard Rock in Venice (San Marco location) shine….Daniella is “Perfecto!”

The meat was dry, cold en overcooked. They made mistakes all the time. The first course came after the second. When we took the desserts back home in a box we found a burger and French fries in 1 box so I think someone else had dessert instead of dinner

The food was really good, the service was not so good. Once the wait staff realized we were the prepaid group menu they seemed to have very little interest in us.

Absolutely loved our waiter, Nicola! He was devine. Gave us extra special attention. I could tell this was just who he was. Hard Rock is lucky to have him. PS the food was awesome...but you know that😉

The starter was a choice between salad or onion rings, the main course was an ok choice but tasted terrible. The waiter we had was great but when he was done with his shift we had no one I) check it’s ok II) take our food away III) give us dessert menus.

Good food, excellent location. Would have like more choice from the set menu, but what we had was tasty.

Stopped for a drink on a Saturday afternoon. It’s located in a really busy part of Venice so we were surprised to get a table. We were seated downstairs in the bar area. It’s a standard Hard Rock, plenty of cocktails to choose from and also plenty of helpful staff around. Little bit on the expensive side, but then you are paying for the brand. Definitely worth a visit.

B was the best in the place top notch and recommended 👌 menu was OK go for the bigger menu. Cocktails all the way!

Staff were very accommodating of our needs and ensured that we had a good time. We had the diamond menu which was excellent value for money! The vegetarian option was good and staff were very careful with making sure we didn’t have anything that we were allergic to. Good vibes and good people. Loved it and will definitely be going back!

Very efficient check-in - Food was delicious, albeit a little slow. Great location to watch the gondoliers in action too.

Hard Rock Café Venice holds what it promises! Love all. Serve all. Everything about Burger and Pasta with fabulous drinks and outraging music will be what you'll get and may expect. We had an awful evening as parents with two kids and no one could prevent that we'll return!

Always enjoy a Hard Rock Cafe so a visit to this was a must. Great restaurant with lots of memorabilia and food as you’d expect from these cafes, the look of the restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and waiting time wasn’t long at all. We were visiting Venice during our summer holidays and after 13 years it was time to return to Hard Rock Cafe Venice together with our children. We really enjoyed the lunch. We were early so did not have a queue and went straight up to the table we had over a decade ago. Food was absolutely great and what we enjoyed the most was the wonderful team. Adriana took great care of us and helped us and our kids to feel welcome and appreciated. Jesus is a very kind restaurant manager and also when it got busier no rush and always great hospitality. Thank you for having us.

We wouldn't normally visit a Hard Rock Cafe in a place like Venice but we were staying directly opposite (Hotel Cavalletto) and one of our party was just getting better from being unwell so it was handy. Fabulous! We only had snacks, plus alcohol of course, but the service was exceptional. At last orders mt lady went out for a cigarette and our waiter poured me another red wine on the house "because you have to do something while she is outside". Lovely evening, thank you.

Great location, really friendly staff and yummy food! There isnt a huge amount on the set menu but enough to hopefully satify most.

This was easy to book and we were given an excellent seat. We opted for three course option, however this is where it went down hill. Option choice for starters was salad or onin rings. Main course was a bit better with 4-5 options. Desert was chocolate cake no option. All i would say is if you opt for 3 courses then you should have a couple of choices for desert. Also the menu restrictions were not highlight at time of booking. You can opt to have extras on top of the bill, but even then my alternative desert choice was not available. The waitress was really good, which ofset the disappointment.

A below average experience. Location great. Food variable. Service all smiles but really poor on delivery We booked in advance but still had to wait. We were greeted warmly in turn by altogether 5 waiting staff .All courteous but kept disappearing. The starter was lukewarm the mains arrived as they took the starters away. No one cleared the plates, the menus were dog eared, the table was sticky, our waiter disappeared, the one on duty was chatting to another table and lost track of time. No desert menu offered, no waiter to take order for drinks. All together below the average experience. Hard Rock cafes are dear to my families heart and we have visited a fair few with a thriving fridge magnet collection as proof. The one in Venice was disappointing and pricey.

Visiting a Hard Rock Cafe have become a bit of tradition on our European city breaks (Barcelona, London). We arrived 10 minutes before our booking time and was welcomed by the staff. We was escorted to a good table for two on the mezzanine with a decent view of the canal below. We begun with the ‘signature’ hurricane cocktail which were both fine. For starters, we decided on the share nachos with extra guacamole. While portion size was good, the actual flavours were completely underwhelming. Nachos were soggy and tasted almost stale. Between the two of us we ate about 10%. The server noticed this and asked if everything was okay. Our response was that we did not like the dish. A look of ‘that’s a shame’ was given and no further action was taken. For the main meal I ordered the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and my partner the grilled chicken burger, both with fries. Firstly the beef burger was sold with ‘crispy’ onions on top, unfortunately these were not particularly crispy and certainly not fresh. The burger itself was bland & was not at all seasoned. My fries were very salty, strangely my partners were not. The chicken burger, again was bland and rather plain. The venue was typically decorated in hard rock uniform with some interesting film and music memorabilia. We would not recommend the Venice HRC due to the poor quality of food and mediocre service.

In each of town on the world when I visit some town and there is Hard Rock cafe in that town, I go to eat there. I like Hard Rock Cafe way of life. And this HRC in Venice is first one with 4 stars, not five like all others what I visited to the now. From entrance in restaurant, the end staff was OK but without HRC level of hospitality. It not possible to I can explain in details what was different then on other HRC places, but here miss me the spirit of HRC. Food was good, beer was fantastic, waiter was polite and helpful. Music was good… maybe my day wasn’t for HRC place, but I didn’t touch a HRC feeling here…

This was excellent! Walked right in, staff knew exactly what to do. The food was really good and the service was on point!

This activity was exactly what it advertised. My wife and I go to every Hard Rock, in whatever country we are in. We bought the skip the line with diamond plan food option, mainly just to avoid a long wait time. We were seated in less then 5 minutes. The menu was better then expected from some of the reviews. I got the Burger, she got the half rack ribs and chicken. Food was normal Hard Rock quality. Not to die for, but better then average. Also, you are more then welcome to pay for extra (i got beer, she got Margaritti) unlimited soda came with package which is a huge deal in italy where you will pay 3 bucks or more for an 8oz mini can of soda. For me, I would do it again
