We had an excellent experience with this tour guide company. The entire trip in Venice was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. The guide Emmanuel was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive to everyone’s needs throughout the tour although we are only 2 pax. He shared interesting information about the local culture and attractions, making the experience both fun and educational. The itinerary was well planned, allowing us enough time to explore without feeling rushed. We especially appreciated Emmanuel's willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everyone was comfortable and satisfied.
