The glass blowing demonstration was amazing and seeing all the artwork afterwards. Was disappointed we didn't get the artistic glass gift that was suppose to be part of it

Good value for money. Enjoyed the Masters demonstrations, highly skilled. The guide was very inclusive and every language was catered for. We were excited in opening our free Murano glass gifts-horses. The showrooms were beautiful.
Interesting, but very short. Would have liked more detail.
My wife and I took the tour and saw the glass being made and shaped. Our guide was Marco, and he was pleasant, personal, and the consummate professional. We had an amazing experience and are very happy with our purchase. Thank you so much, Marco!
This was a great store with very nice people. Our guide was named Marco (or Marko) and he was very entertaining and personal. He was very knowledgeable on the entire process and you could tell everyone at the store appreciated our business and enjoyed showing us their business. Would go again 5*
Was an amazing experience to see how it’s done. Very clever! My only regret was not buying more glasses, I bought a couple but they’re too pretty to use!
My friend and I took the water bus for the day to go to Burano and Murano which is fairly cheap. I highly recommend doing this! Once in Murano, my friend used the GPS on her phone to find the location which we walked to and once there, we waited a couple minutes at the ticket office to get checked in for the glass blowing show. The young lady, checked us in and the tour guide said to follow him so we could get seats for the show. The show was amazing! It was beautiful to see how this creative piece of artwork is made.
The host showed us around the factory and gave us the family history about glass blowing, then did a good job showing us the pieces that were made and available for sale. Very informative and worth the trip.
I wholeheartedly suggest this tour for its exceptional value; it's a great deal considering others charge significantly more for a similar experience. Additionally, you receive a souvenir at the conclusion of the tour. The experience is quite fascinating and can be conveniently combined with a day trip to Murano.
Everyone was lovely. So good at explaining everything and we got a gift included in such a low price.
The tour was 9-10 minutes long and it was very basic - there was someone giving a basic commentary in Italian and English (the Italian one sounded more comprehensive) and the glass blower created a small glass and a miniature horse. The tour felt expensive and inauthentic. Their shop had a good variety of items to buy at good prices.
Excellent glass blowing demonstration. Showroom had so many beautiful pieces! The location on Murano was great and there is an excellent restaurant / pizzeria there as well with great views.
Exciting and engaging show, both native and English explanations. The presenter, Matteo, was extremely friendl. His passion and talent, combined with the maestro’s experience are stunning.
My wife and I stopped by this place during our honeymoon trip. We really enjoyed the demonstration, and we also found some nice gifts for family which we are excited to bring home. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues during our transaction that left us quite confused. After overestimating the total price through a miscalculation, they initially apologized and corrected the mistake. They then proceeded to mistakenly charge our credit card for the original overestimated amount (an extra $100). Instead of reversing the transaction, they offered to give us back the difference in cash (which we were ok with). As we were on our way out, we realized they had handed us back the receipt but not the cash. When we went back to inquire about this, they simply said "we gave you the money," and refused to consider the possibility it could have been their mistake. In summary, I believe this place is a worthwhile visit, but I would be very careful to double check the price they calculate on your purchase (as the receipts are not itemized), and count your change before you leave the register. I think it's fair that people make mistakes, but refusing to admit those mistakes and blaming the customer becomes unprofessional. It's possible this was a one off scenario, but the way they handled it was not acceptable.
We visited the glassblowing workshop at the beginning of July 2026 as part of a bike and boat trip from Mantua to Venice. The glassblower's demonstration was quite short, the staff in the subsequent showroom all the more pushy. We finally bought a beautiful bracelet by Antonio Vaggari for around 330 euros. Later we found the exact same bracelet in Venice and then also on the internet for just over 100 EUR. Shouldn't one feel ripped off by that? Since then, we associate Murano glass with ripping off tourists.
The visit was really great and the people were charming. I lost my phone (actually it was in my bag!) and everyone in the shop helped me look for it! I recommend it.
It was beautiful, me and my girlfriend had fun, experience to do, recommend it.
Excellent family time with the children with an extraordinary glass master and very kind and competent translators. Do not hesitate to make the children breathe for an unforgettable experience!
Unique experience in a special place, friendly and very competent staff. Rocco guided us in the visit to the furnace where we saw the master Flavio create incredible pieces in no time.
We do not regret seeing with our own eyes this magnificent Venetian tradition. We are more distributed from the workshop with a gift each. The welcome is warm and the demonstration of the glass blower impeccable. Clear explanations in connection with this tradition which continues in family time with family. We are really excited about this great experience in Venice ( Murano )
Experience to remember! Practical and fun demonstration of glass processing. Thanks to Flavio and Rocco for the friendliness and professionalism demonstrated during the visit!! Until next time
It was really interesting to see how Murano glass is worked. I would like to thank Roca for his welcome and his adaptability!, and especially Flavio for allowing us to see true Italian know-how!
I don't like to make controversies but to make suggestions for managers who I think need them. That's what they taught me. I don't discuss the place and the products, but the really embarrassing approach of the staff. Luckily we received a greeting at the entrance from a gentleman, we were then taken care of by a really rude girl. She didn't say hello, she spoke in imperatives and, when entering the furnace, she turned her back telling us to follow her and continued with a really not nice attitude. I pointed it out and the girl, wisely, began to treat us like customers and not like sheep. The demonstration was done by another gentleman who didn't even bother to say hello or open his mouth throughout his brief demonstration, which was all in all explained exhaustively by the girl. Maybe he was mute! After leaving the demonstration, we elegantly purchased something, if only to gratify the girl who in the meantime had changed her behavior and I give her credit for that. When collecting the purchased item we asked if they would make us a package and another truly unforgivable lady replied to the girl next to us that "we only make packages for special customers"... We have what special customers were for them, but obviously the "kind lady" did not provide answers. Moral: review the ABCs of education and how to treat those who pay you for your services better and you will avoid finding reviews like this. Maybe sometimes also ask yourself who comes through the door; in my case I was doing inspections and I'm not even going to tell you what for... Best wishes Roberto
Highly recommended. The only one you can watch in the afternoon. Price per person 8 euros. Thanks also to Matteo, who was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Matteo for the information. He was very nice.
A spectacle! Impeccable organization. To welcome us sig.Franco who pampered us for the duration of the pleasant visit. With two boys aged 10 and 13 he was super crazy and helpful. The wonderful glassworks. It is absolutely worth stopping and enjoying the trip.
Friendly and helpful staff. Matteo, then, was really special with us, who having missed the demonstration for a delay in transport, prepared comfortable armchairs to attend the demonstration just for us! It was SUPER!!!!! Thanks Matteo!!!!
Andrea was very special! He welcomed us very well, explained the art of Murano and presented very exclusive pieces! Mr. Mariano is a master and makes beautiful pieces in front of everyone. Every time we return to Murano, the store is a must stop for those who like good service and specialties!
Incredible experience, very didactic. They performed several models and explained in detail the glass production process.
